Viviane is such a sweetheart, both in general and especially with Barry! He was so happy and excited to see her again. He literally walked into her apartment like he lives there, which just shows how comfortable and happy he feels with her. She’s also so easy to communicate with and sends the cutest updates throughout the day. Her apartment is in a super convenient part of town, really close to Grand Central. Barry is definitely happy when they’re together, so we’ll absolutely keep coming back!
Lorna is wonderful. She is communicative, sending photo and video updates throughout the day so I did not have to wonder how my doggie Parsley is doing. What means the most to me is how experienced and thoughtful she is, always taking my girl's timid personality into account and making sure she feels safe and comfortable. I cannot recommend Laura enough! From the moment she met Muppet, I knew she was in great hands. She is incredibly attentive, communicative, and clearly has a natural gift with animals. While I was away, Laura sent me updates and photos that put my mind completely at ease. But the real proof was when I came to pick Muppet, she was absolutely beaming! I have never seen her look so happy and relaxed after a stay. It was obvious she had been spoiled with love, long walks, and plenty of cuddles.
