Hello!! I have an extensive background with various breeds of dogs, being surrounded by them my whole life. I come from a huge dog family. My older sister is a vet and my mom current has a Maltese and full size poodle at home on long island. I'm a just a dog lover because I grew up with dogs my whole life. I am very experienced with dogs and would walk/play with them as much as needed. In addition, I am great with pets and can give them a lot of attention! I do not work on weekends so I would spend all day with the dog. I would love to meet your dog. I know how important it is to find the perfect place for your fur baby! You can expect your pup to get plenty of excercise, playtime, and belly rubs! Additionally, I take photo sharing very, very seriously-- you will get to see how much fun we are having throughout your pup's stay! Lastly, I always try to minimize my time away from home when I am caring for a pup. You can be confident that your pup will be under constant supervision! You will receive beautiful photos throughout the entire stay via text message or email. I will be kind and nurturing towards your pet. I am great with animals and they will truly have a luxury and resort experience. I have experience with administering medicine, separation anxiety and leash aggression. Your pets will have fun and they will be loved. It will be their vacation while you are away. It is a doorman building and there is a large grassy outdoor space. There are two dog parks in the neighborhood, and the Hudson pier is close by. The Hell's Kitchen neighborhood is also a great place to take walks because it is very pet-friendly. In case of illness or injury a vet is one block away, but I am also willing to travel to your own vet. The emergency 24/7 hospital for animals is a short cab ride away. There is a rate increase with stays that fall on holidays. I have dog bowls, toys and a small dog bed so there are less things you would need to bring if your dog was staying here. My job is to make sure they are safe, happy, well-fed, comfortable, exercised, photogenic and loved. You will find that I am very accommodating to your specific requests and I hope that you choose me to love and take care of your pets!

My dog Bebop had a great time with Leslie this weekend. She was extra playful when I got home after her daycare.
Had such a good experience with Leslie! My dog is a senior and can be very anxious, so I’m always a little nervous leaving him, but Leslie took really great care of him and made me feel super comfortable the whole time. Was also very communicative, sent me lots of cute pictures and updates, followed all of his care instructions, and really paid attention to his needs and my dog also ended up making friends with the other dogs, which honestly made me so happy to see. :) He seemed comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. Would definitely book with leslie again and highly recommend so for anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.

Leslie took good care of the pups and was very nice and easy to work with. I appreciated his help and knowing they were being looked after for the day.
Leslie was great with our dog, kept him engaged and played with him. And he sent us lots of photos and videos in updates.

I would play with the dogs and give them all the love and attention. I well def. take your dog to the dog park, which is only 3 blocks away from where I live, if you would like me to.
