“Patrice and Alex were wonderful with Rooney. They took care of him very well, made sure he had lots of fun, and took care of his needs. We got consistent photo updates from Pat and Alex, and they were so thorough in making sure Rooney felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. They slowly introduced him into their home and were extremely attentive to his needs. Pepper was a lovely friend for Rooney too, being so gentle and sweet. They had a meet and greet before boarding and they got along well. We're so grateful to have found them because Rooney came home with his energy spent and full of joy because of what a great time he had. This is the first time he's boarded with Pat, Alex, and Pepper, but it definitely won't be the last!”
“This is a long overdue review for Samantha. She has watched our dog, Wilhelmina probably 4-5 times now and I think the best way I can explain how I know Willy is in the BEST hands when we have to be gone is that on our last drop off she saw Sam and pulled and pulled for her. When I left the building she never looked back. So I know that she enjoys her time and is well cared for and that makes leaving her a litttttle bit easier. Sam is incredibly responsive, kind and overall I believe someone who really loves dogs - which is exactly what we can hope for when entrusting someone else to care for our fur babies. 11/10 - would recommend ... and truth be told is she ends up booked when I need her, I will likely regret this review (just kidding of course)!”
“Elena was able to take Kiwi last minute while I had a family emergency. Not only was she able to step in, she did an amazing job with Kiwi. I knew Kiwi was safe, all her meds were given to her exactly as needed and she got all of her daily walks! I got updates and pictures, Kiwi had a great time with her 🩷 I would absolutely use Elena again, I feel lucky to have found her. I highly recommend Elena for any pup but she did especially great with my sensitive, high maintenance girl.”
