Between the two of us, we’ve had animals our entire lives, including dogs, cats (and even guinea pigs and fish!) and we bring that same care and respect to every pet we care for. We live in a spacious apartment next door to a new park with a nice dog run. My name is Janet, and I am dog mom to the 2 most wonderful rescue pups from DCAS, Georgie (our lovable and snuggly pittie basset hound mix) and Cleo (our sassy terrier mix diva with the fierce brows to match the ‘tude). I have had dogs in my home for most of my life, with ages starting from 11 weeks old up until the end of their precious and short lives... and from a wee few pounds up to 77 pounds of muscle! Anastasiia was kind, communicative, and professional. She took great care of our cat, Pip!. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
