About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember - I spent my free time in high school and college volunteering at local shelters and veterinary hospitals just to be around dogs and cats. I have lived with dogs my whole life, and find nothing more joyous than a happy dog. I'd love to be a part of your furry friend's life - from walks, to home visits, to overnights, my goal is to make your dog or cat as happy as if they were my own! I currently work from a (pet friendly) office 3-4 days per week, but live in a one bedroom apartment so your pet can have the place to themself while I’m gone! On the weekends I can be home for as long as needed, if I’m watching your pup I love going on long walks. Overall, I am happy to be there for whatever they may need! I have multiple years of experience with walking and care for pets and am happy to adapt to whatever needs your pet may have. I’m a consultant who works from home on a hybrid schedule, which means your pup gets a calm, attentive companion during the day rather than an empty house. I work a hybrid schedule from home, so your dog won’t be left alone. For the most part I’ll be at my desk, but I build regular walks into my day every two to four hours, plus morning and early evening outings to Lincoln Park for fetch or a good sniff around. I’m happy to work around your pet’s specific routine and energy level. I keep a calm, structured home environment and treat every dog as an individual. I follow feeding schedules closely, send photo updates throughout the day, and adjust activity level to whatever your pet needs, whether that’s an active romp at Lincoln Park or a quiet rest day on the couch. About: I've grown up with dogs, and I hope it's only right that I continue to share my love for them in adulthood. I'm beyond grateful for the trust my friends and family have put in me to care for, walk, and train their dogs for the last couple of years. I hope to get to share my love for your furry friend next! About: Animals have been drawn to me my whole life, just as I have been drawn to them! I’ve had about every pet you could think of, and even went vegan for ethical reasons and never went back! Dogs have a very special place in my heart. I’m comfortable around all dogs and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs, I will dedicate my time to loving them just like you do! If possible, I would love to be able to take them to the dog park where they can also interact with other animals while you're away. About: I have had a dog since I was young. I have taken my dog and friends’ dogs on walks together throughout the years. I was known for taking care of my friends’ pets while they went on vacation. I checked in with their pets at their homes at least three times a day. There were occasions where I was also handling providing medication for the pet as it had different prescriptions during their time away. I just graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and moved. I have a lot of time over the weekends and some weekdays! And for evening visits, I'm available after 5PM Monday through Thursday, and a little earlier on Fridays, closer to 4PM. Madeleine took great care of our cats while we were away! Lots of playtime and brushing. She was especially good with our very shy Poppy girl (former feral) who usually takes some time to warm up but was running around and playing in no time! Madeleine even ran our robo vacuum before leaving each day which helps so much keeping things tidy for the girls and for us when we get back! Great communication and she sent lots of photos. I reached out to Isaac fairly last minute when I needed a regular walker for my puppy on the days I’m in the office after my previous walker went on an extended vacation. He responded quickly, asked all the right questions, and has been incredibly reliable ever since. As a first time puppy owner, I definitely get nervous about leaving him with someone I didn’t know. Isaac offered to do a meet and greet first, and within minutes I could tell my dog absolutely adored him. Since then, he’s become a staple in our routine, and I know my dog genuinely looks forward to seeing him every week. Communication has been fantastic. I always get updates and the best photos from their walks, which definitely makes being away a little easier. He’s also been amazing about accommodating last minute drop-in requests when something comes up. Even now that my original walker is back, I’ve asked Isaac to continue walking my dog one or two days a week because I know how much he loves him. I can’t recommend Isaac enough to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely caring dog walker.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
