About: ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. My first dog — Lucy, a Border Collie I had when I was 11 back in Shanghai, China — was my best friend for 16 years. Alongside her, I cared for a rescued stray cat "Noji" and an adopted poodle "Bebe" when I was 13, which taught me patience, responsibility, policing different pets, and how to understand different pet personalities. After moving to the U.S. for school, I brought home my baby Corgi "Brioche" in 2020. She’s now a 5-year-old certified service dog who’s friendly, well-trained, and walked three times a day for at least 30 minutes each time. I also helped train and kept a baby Devon Rex cat for my family in 2025. What sets me apart is my lifelong, hands-on experience with pets of different breeds, ages, and temperaments — from energetic puppies to senior dogs. I love fur babies more than anything and always prioritize their comfort, safety, and happiness. I will be working part time starting summer 2026 in NYC, so my schedule is flexible, I'm available for daily walks, boarding both weekdays and weekends. I live in a 2 bedroom in FiDi close to battery park city. There are no crates and my corgi was never crate-trained. I don't have indoor pet potty so I almost only take my dog out for potty unless the weather is crazy. I have plenty of dog beds and toys.

I’m looking to take up PT walking in the neighborhood and would love to get some time with your little angels ❤️ I work remotely in the neighborhood so can be very flexible with times of walks and drop ins no problem for your pets, just let me know! I’ve grown up with animals my entire life and recently had to say goodbye to my angel lab of 12 years who lost his battle to cancer. I am very familiar with the needs of animals and truly love them so much. Totally understand they miss their humans when not home, so will be sure to give them extra love!

“Pooja cared for Annabel for 3 days and 2 nights while I was out of town. She was beyond wonderful and Annabel adores her. Pooja went out of her way to learn everything she could about Annabel so she could ensure Annabel would be comfortable and even came to meet us beforehand. She is affectionate and so considerate toward Annabel, asking me good questions while I was away to ensure her health and comfort. She let Annabel sleep with her and moved her set up around so that Annabel, who has arthritis, wouldn’t have to jump up and down. I was super pleased with her photos checkins and updates.
