“If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Erica was the first Rover dog care provider I’d ever used and I’ll probably only ever use another one in the instance that Erica is not available. My Yorkie-Pom-Poo mix is an anxious guy and can still have accidents. I was SO worried about leaving him in someone else’s care in someone else’s home, but Erica was genuinely one of the most understanding and compassionate people I’ve met. She was very patient with me and truly listened to my concerns about Spencer’s anxiety issues from the initial message to pick up, and compassionately assured (and reassured me) that it is her pleasure to watch my little guy! I love that she has a doodle mix in her home to play with my little dude, because he doesn’t spend a lot of time with other dogs and I really want to gradually socialize him. Her apartment community is exceptional, and is super convenient for anyone in the Uptown/Oaklawn/Knox Henderson areas needing someone to care for their fur baby! I also appreciate that she told me right out of the gate that she was boarding a 75 lb baby at the time as well to make sure I was comfortable with it. Erika as a person is incredibly likable and personable, someone I would naturally become fast friends with, so the minute I met her any worries I had that my Spencer would be a pain for her to watch dissolved immediately. I needed someone to watch my baby after his vet appointment while I was at work, which could be seen as a less than ideal pre-cursor to a pups first dog sitting session, but Erica had zero hesitations and it helped calm me as well. The best thing about my experience with Erica sitting my baby? HE LOVED HER! He didn’t want to leave! Erica is now my #1 go to anytime I need someone to care for my sweet Spencer. We are so incredibly fortunate we found her! Thank you, Erica!!!”
