My doggy boys stayed with them for a week while we were travelling out of state and they looked like they were having a nice little doggy vacation themselves with their new found friends. Lal would keep us updated with how our boys were doing by also posting pictures and videos along with the texts and e-mails. Lal really took the time to get to know the boys well specially during their meet and greet. Plus the fact that their LabraDoodle, Hank got along very well with the boys made me really feel at ease. “Christine and Addison are truly special cat sitters. We recently went to Europe and had to leave our nervous 3 year old cat for almost 2 weeks. He had never been watched outside of our home, and we knew he would be anxious. For the first couple days he was very nervous and scared being in a new place, but Christine and Addison were extremely sensitive and patient with him. They kept him in a separate space where he could start to relax and then slowly introduced him to the rest of the home and the other cats as he became more and more comfortable. We received constant updates about how he was doing, along with photos and videos. After a few days he was having so much fun and had made 3 new kitty friends by the time we had to pick him up. I almost felt bad taking him away as he'd become so content being there! We knew he was in competent and caring hands while we were away which gave us great peace of mind. I can't say enough good things about Kevin! He took care of our dog Kona for over a week, the longest we had ever ben away. We were concerned about the heat wave and Kevin was very responsive to our concerns and immediately put us at ease. He provided little reports on walks, food, and activities at the end of each day, together with plenty of photos and videos, so we were in the loop on what was going on. Kevin was obviously paying attention to Kona and she got plenty of scratches, belly rubs, and playtime. It was very cute to see how Kona became more and more comfortable and playful each day and was clearly doing well. Communication was great, and pickup and drop off were completely seamless. Kevin did a fantastic job and was such a pleasure to interact with. We will definitely reach out to Kevin again if we need help with dog sitting, and are so appreciative of the great care he provided for Kona.
Jiayi did an excellent job of looking after my dog. She was very clear in communication, and made sure that she knew everything she’d need to know to make sure he had a great time. Included making sure any extra treats were okay for him to have. She also let me know when she felt something on his skin I had noticed yet, so also very attentive to details about the dogs under her care and shows her care for dogs. I got plenty of photos of him and he looked like he was very comfortable and happy. Highly recommend!
Chandni and Isaac were diligent, trustworthy, and caring sitters for my pup, Mabel. Chandni and Isaac were very mindful to follow all of my care instructions, and ensured that Mabel felt right at home during her stay. They provided photo updates, and were flexible on our drop off time. Mabel was very happy when we picked her up, and clearly had a great time staying with them. I have nothing but kind and amazing words to say about Wai Pou and her family. As Miya, my dog, has anxiety at times from meeting new people, Wai Pou, Victor, and the kids made her feel right at home. With around the clock care, she was able to receive so much attention from the family. I have never met such a family that has had great patience and love for my dog since I’ve moved to the city and have always worried about who can provide such quality care and effort for my Velcro pet baby. However, I can confidently say that Wai Pou has the qualities that any pet parent is looking for to provide exceptional skills to watch your pet baby whether it being short or long term. Thank you, again Wai Pou, Victor, and the kids for providing my dog the love and attention while I was away.
Yuliia did a fantastic job taking care of our two small dogs. She was on time and maintained excellent communication throughout. One of our dogs takes heart medication twice a day; Yuliia was diligent in understanding and following our dog's health needs. I was initially hesitant about leaving our dogs for several nights based on Rover reviews—once I observed Yuliia interacting with Sasha & Mika, I felt at ease as she quickly established a good rapport.
This was our first occasion to have Robin take care of Ernie. We were searching for someone in our new neighborhood, and were so lucky to have found her. Robin was very open to a meet/greet and showed us her apartment, as well. which helped us feel confident in our decision to leave Ernie in her care. It was very easy to see how much Robin enjoys taking care of dogs and provides them with loving care. She provided us with numerous updates, including photos, which made us feel relaxed knowing Ernie was in good hands.
