Tiffany is incredibly attentive and was a great sitter for my cat! She gave consistent updates at least once, but usually more, a day. She was very accommodating and communicative when my cat was having some separation anxiety and kept me posted so I could have peace of mind. She also kindly replaced the type of litter to better suit my cats preferences midway through our visit and washed my cats bed I brought when my cat had an accident, among other things that helped ensure my cat had a great stay
Jacob was amazing! He sent me an update daily about Sugar and was very communicative about everything in terms of his food, medication, showers and overall behaviour. I left Sugar for 21 days and I was really anxious but he made the whole process sooo easy. I will definitely leave Sugar with him again!!
Couldn't have asked for a better sitter for my 10-day trip. Joel and Marissa were incredibly flexible with drop-off times even as my schedule kept shifting, and followed some last-minute, vet-recommended care instructions to the letter. They kept my dog on her usual dry food, and when the provided supply ran out mid-stay, they proactively reordered the exact same brand so her diet stayed consistent. They sent daily photo updates that gave me real peace of mind, capturing exactly the key moments of my dog's day so I always knew how she was doing. And at pickup, Joel walked me through how my dog's medical situation had improved over the past several days. I'm so glad my dog was in such excellent care for the entire time of my trip!
Chantal is hands-down one of the best dog sitters we’ve ever had. She has watched our dog, Moose, multiple times, and we could not be more grateful to have found her. Moose absolutely adores her, and she treats him with so much love, patience, and genuine care. Moose has had some health struggles over the years, so leaving him can naturally be stressful, but Chantal gives us peace of mind. She is incredibly attentive to his specific needs and is a wonderful communicator, keeping us updated throughout. We love the daily update photos! Knowing Moose is safe, happy, and so well cared for while we’re away is priceless. We cannot recommend Chantal highly enough!
This was my first time having Michael take care of my dog, and I’m so glad I chose him. Audrey was communicative, caring and patient with my senior dog with cognitive decline. Milo has special medication and care needs which Audrey addressed well. I was worried initially to leave Milo for such a long time and relieved to find out that he was well taken care of. Audrey’s dog is adorable and was not an issue interacting with other dogs. I would recommend Audrey’s services to others.
Annie was amazing! My sitter had cancelled very last minute, on LDW, and Annie came to the rescue! She made Lady feel right at home and I could tell my pup felt very comfortable. I’m sure it even felt like a little staycation for her. I definitely recommend Annie for any of your pet sitting needs!
Dontae and his girlfriend are kind, thoughtful people. They were excellent communicators from the start. Easy to meet up with and eager to learn about my dog. Throughout the day they sent plenty of updates, including lots of pictures and videos. They also have an adorable, friendly dog & two cats. They took my dog on long walks in Central Park and even brought her to the dog park. I could tell she was happy, comfortable, and having a great time. I almost wondered if she missed me at all. I especially appreciate how easy they made it to set everything up, even with my last-minute daycare request. I highly recommend them.
A++++ 5 stars. Matheus was AWESOME , super responsive , sent pictures and updates daily (without me asking) and really cares for your pup as if they were his on. My dog was doing a hunger strike and Matheus went out of his way to find a way to get her to eat more and it worked ! He also lives in a quiet , safe beautiful area with a dog park literally right out his front door. When I got my pup back she slept for 2 days :) He will be my go to anytime I need my dog watched going forward . Couldn't have been happier .
Ysabel was the most wonderful pet sitter our little Tommy has ever had the pleasure of staying with! It was truly a five-star vacation for him. Ysabel has such a natural way with animals, and it was clear from the very beginning that Tommy felt completely at home with her and was thoroughly spoiled! I don’t have enough words in my vocabulary to describe how amazing Anna has been with my dog. She took her for a week while I was away and sent pictures and descriptions everyday of all the fun they were having. She honestly gave her a better time than I’m able to give her when I’m home - my dog was a spoiled girl! I recommend a million times over.
