She’s a fearful rescue dog with some specific needs and he took the time to meet her multiple times beforehand, learn her routines and listen to all of my concerns. He was incredibly patient and let her warm up at her own pace. While I was away, Jason sent tons of pictures and updates, and it was clear Stevie was getting lots of park time, playtime, cuddles, and naps. In person he was very affectionate with Shadow and volunteered to give walks, playtime, and treats. Jenny took wonderful care of our dog and our apartment while we were away. After our meet and greet, we felt confident we could trust her. She asked thoughtful follow-up questions and clearly wanted to understand our dog's routine. She sent us updates every day, so we never had to wonder how things were going. Mireille was incredible. She stayed over, kept the house clean, washed the dishes, and took care of our baby so well. Kept us updated as often as needed with lots of pictures and funny moments. It was a last-second agreement but I’m so glad Mireille saved the day. We have our favorite babysitter!

She shows up at our door he squeals with delight and wags his tail so hard he’s at risk of propelling himself into the sky like a helicopter. He has separation anxiety, and some dog reactivity at times so it’s always nerve wracking leaving him, but Eleni gave us updates throughout the whole day, and he adored her. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
