“Paul was wonderful with our two special needs pups and handled an emergency at the house with calm and poise. Our place was also immaculate when we returned. Would most certainly book again.”

“Butters and I really liked meeting Micheal and having him spend some time at our home. He checked in with questions, updates and photos which I appreciated very much. I will definitely reach out to Michael again when I need care”

“Adam is a fantastic sitter and walker - would highly recommend! Extremely communicative and responsive, and was very patient with my active dog. Adam took the time to understand my dog’s unique needs and did everything he could to make sure my dog was as happy and comfortable as possible.”

“Daniel had another great stay with our dog, Nutmeg. Just like last time, the house was left clean, Nutmeg was well taken care of, and we are overall very happy with how he executed our directions. We’ll ask him back again!”

“10/10! Menna went above and beyond with our girl while we had an impromptu weekend away. Highly proactive with updates, responsive at all hours and generally a delight. Almost don’t want to give such a nice review so I can keep her to myself ;)”

“Celine was super great, she came by a few days early to do a meet and greet and got to know everything about our pups before hand. She showed up on time, has a great attitude and did a perfect job. We will book again and I highly recommend”

“We loved having Mary watch our dogs for a week while we were gone! We have a puppy and an older dog and she was great about keeping us updated and very responsive! Not only did Mary take great care of our dogs, but our house was spotless when we got back. We will absolutely have Mary watch our dogs again!”

“Paige was absolutely wonderful with King! She took great care of him, made sure he got plenty of walks and attention, and kept me updated. King can be a strong dog, and it was clear she was confident and comfortable handling him, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciated the love and attention she gave him. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Paige again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and capable dog sitter!”

“Sophie took wonderful care of our 3 year old and our puppy for the weekend. Sent lots of updates and was extremely communicative. Was able to feel totally calm and relaxed while away. Will book again!!!”

“Freya went above and beyond to care for our pup while we were out of town. Frequent and thorough communication, a meet and greet beforehand, and a clean home to return home to. Our dog is pretty anxious and Freya made him feel at ease and well cared for. We have already booked Freya for our next trip! Definitely recommend”

About: Hi! I’m Lucie and I’m a student studying here at NYU! Being here in New York is so amazing, but it means being away from my two beautiful dogs back at home (I miss you Max and Moby!). My education is very valuable to me, but so is my connection to pets. I’m hoping to connect with other dogs and dog-families while supporting myself through my education. I’ve been house sitting and dog walking for families since I was around 13. Walks included hikes, runs, and scenic routes! I love being able to learn what each dog needs and adapt through time spent with them. My family had many dogs growing up, including fosters, so I have had experience resolving conflicts between different dogs. I think our pets are family, and I hope to make them feel like that when they are with me! I'm currently working part-time, so there is plenty of time in my schedule for pop-in visits, walks, or stays! My days off would include dedicated time to your pets. For home stays and pop-in visits my priority will be to listen and watch for what each pet needs in their own space. My goal is to make them feel comfortable! Similarly for walks, I will let each dog set the pace as they show me what they want to smell or where they want to go.
“Rebecca is the best. This is the second time she’s watched my baby girl. Both times I’ve come back to a very happy girl. She is communicative and has helped administer medication. I trust her completely!”

“Halley was absolutely excellent — we can’t recommend her enough. She truly came through for us in a pinch. Our dog got sick right before a planned trip, and Halley stepped in without hesitation. She stayed at her home, and Halley handled everything with so much care and professionalism. She administered medications reliably, sent frequent photo updates, provided thoughtful daily summaries, and asked all the right questions along the way. It was incredibly reassuring knowing our sick dog was being so well taken care of while we were away. Halley was communicative, attentive, and genuinely caring — exactly what you hope for in a sitter, especially in a stressful situation. We’re so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone. Five stars all the way.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Little Italy
Anne Marie was wonderful with Goose, our 15½-year-old Maltese, and we felt completely comfortable having her stay overnight with her. Goose has a detailed routine at this age, and she carefully followed everything we had written in our “Goose manual.” She gave her medications and eye drops correctly, took her out regularly, and remained attentive to her throughout the entire stay. Goose also seemed very comfortable eating with her, which was especially reassuring to us. We truly appreciated how thoughtfully and responsibly she handled all the details involved in caring for an older dog. She was patient, dependable, and genuinely attentive to Goose’s needs. We will have her watch Goose again very soon and recommend her after this first experience.

Lexi took phenomenal care of Ollie while we were out of town for the week. She was easy to communicate with and kept us updated on how Ollie was doing each day. She treated our home with respect and left it tidy upon departure. We would love to book with her again for future trips!
