It was our first time using Rover and admittedly, I felt like somewhat of a helicopter pet mom going from a trusted friend watching our pets to a ‘stranger’, plus having specific instructions about how to deal with our high energy/anxiety dog and keeping our car separate from our other dog. But with all of those instructions, Claire listened every step of the way and made everything so seamless. I could tell in our meet and greet our fur babies would be in great hands, but she exceeded that. She was extremely responsive, understood this being our first time with Rover, and sent plenty of updates. She’s truly is the reason we were able to enjoy our holiday and know our pups and cat were taken care of. We will definitely be booking her in the future if she’s available whenever we need it.”

“I cannot recommend Ivana enough. My partner and I were nervous to leave our 8 m/o puppy for the first time and Ivana immediately put us at ease. Our pup is a little high-maintenance and required daily medication and extra patience on walks. Ivana knew right away how to administer the medication (even better than we did!) and was excellent with Junie on walks. We were in frequent communication throughout the two days and she sent tons of pics and videos per my request! We completely trust Ivana with the care of our Junie and would recommend her to anyone in need of a dog sitter. Junie already cant wait for her to come back!”
