She is super friendly and straightforward so it was very easy to communicate, especially over text messaging. She asked important questions in preparation that made me feel like she knew what she was doing and was taking care of my dog's particular needs. I really appreciated the daily text updates and pictures of my dog that she sent. She was also very helpful with my all-white dog's tear stains on his face--by the time I returned it looked like he had had a serious grooming session and the stains were almost gone! I will definitely ask Mary to watch Winston next time I am away and would recommend her to any of my friends.”
