Bing did a phenomenal job taking care of Pacho! This was the first time he had a dog sitter/walker since his major surgery last year, so I was definitely a little nervous leaving him. Bing immediately put me at ease by sending me the cutest photos and keeping me updated throughout his walks. I could tell from the pictures how happy and comfortable he was with her, which meant so much to me. She even gave him new toys, and I’m pretty sure they’re best friends now! 😂 It was so obvious that she gave him lots of attention and genuinely cared for him. When I got home, Pacho was in such a great mood, and I could tell he had been very well taken care of. Bing also took great care of my place and left everything exactly the way I left it, which I really appreciated. She was communicative, thoughtful, responsible, and clearly loves dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be reaching out to Bing again in the very near future. Pacho is already looking forward to his next visit with his new best friend!
Kathryn was a LIFESAVER! No exaggeration. Took on a booking for me at 1am the night before I was scheduled to leave town after my cat, Pigpen, had been in the ER, when her previously scheduled sitter was too intimidated to care for her. I can’t say enough good things. I hated leaving under the circumstances and Kathryn made me feel totally at ease. I knew Pigpen was in the best hands.
Alexis is wonderful!!! We have a pretty anxious rescue dog who is very uncertain and barky at new people, Alexis was so amazing with our dog Mia and took such good care of her while we were away. I can tell our dog felt so safe with Alexis and had SO much fun playing tug and endless rounds of fetch. Alexis is an amazing communicator and I felt so comforted that Alexis was taking care of our dog while we were traveling. Thank you!!!
Anita watched our dog at our place for two weeks and she did an excellent job! It was the first time we hired someone through Rover. Fortunately, Anita made the whole experience easy and smooth. She took great care of Dusty and stayed in touch with us all the time. She sent lots of cool photos and videos of Dusty, so we almost felt like we were there. It was evident that Anita was very attentive to Dusty’s needs and that she simply loved playing and walking with him. We highly recommend Anita and something tells us that Dusty misses her already.
Grace was amazing!! She watched my puppy overnight and made me feel so comfortable leaving her. She was super sweet, attentive, and kept me updated throughout the night. I could tell my puppy felt completely comfortable with her, which gave me so much peace of mind.
Shriya is the best of the best! I was fortunate to have her house sit and care for my kitty. Emily, amd she consistently excelled above and beyond my expectations! Her patience, kindness amd love of cats put my mind at ease during a 2 week stay. I highly recommend Shriya and look forward to working with hwr in thw future!
Carleen was amazing! We were a little worried about leaving Blu as he can be reactive with other dogs, but she handled him really well and made us feel completely comfortable. Communication was excellent and she sent lots of photos and updates throughout the day. Blu looked like he had his best day ever and got plenty of attention.
Mint did a great job watching our pup Benji! We got updates throughout the time he was watching him, photos, etc and felt extremely comfortable. Nothing better than knowing he’s in good hands when we’re away and we would 100% reach out to Mint again for future dog care needs. Thank you Mint!!
Lucie is great! She’s watched my dog several times now. She’s always on time and great with communication. My dog can be slow to warm up to people even after meeting them multiple times.
