After spending 13 years at CBS Sports, I was recently part of a company-wide layoff. I'm now self-employed, growing my YouTube and Instagram channels, which gives me a very flexible schedule. Because I set my own hours, I'm available for daytime walks, evening visits, weekends, and last-minute bookings whenever possible. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. Whether your furry family member enjoys long walks, energetic play sessions, or simply having someone to keep them company, I'll care for them as if they were my own. My goal is to make sure they're happy, safe, and loved while giving you complete peace of mind. Your pet's safety and well-being are always my top priorities. Before every booking, I take the time to learn about your pet's routine, personality, medical needs, dietary requirements, and any behavioral quirks so I can provide care that is as consistent as possible with what they're used to at home. During walks, I keep dogs securely leashed unless you've specifically requested otherwise in a safe, enclosed area. I avoid potentially dangerous situations, keep a close eye on the environment, and make sure your pet is always under my supervision. Fresh water is always available, and I monitor for signs of stress, overheating, or discomfort, especially during warmer weather. For in-home visits and pet sitting, I make sure doors, gates, and windows remain secure to prevent accidental escapes. I follow all feeding instructions carefully, administer medications exactly as directed (if needed), and keep potentially harmful items out of reach. I also respect your home's security by locking doors and following any specific instructions you provide. I'll keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you can see how your pet is doing while you're away. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I will contact you immediately and follow your preferred emergency instructions, including reaching out to your veterinarian or the nearest emergency animal hospital if necessary. I treat every pet as if they were my own, providing attentive, patient, and compassionate care so you can feel confident they're in safe hands.

“After our initial meet-and-greet, Paul started with our large, 85lb hound mix Reddington for 8 hours as a dry run while we went away, and we were really happy with how it went. First, Paul was very professional and punctual. He checked in to confirm times on the day of, and gave us a 15 minutes heads up. He had an excellent rhythm with Red, and figured out his walking, feeding, playing, and general commands very quickly. During the stay, Paul took care of all of Red's needs, kept him on routine and scheduled, and was very respectful of our home. We're happy that Red took to Paul really well! It was such a good experience, we're excited to rebook Paul when we travel next.”

About: I have had a family dog since I was ten years old who has been just the joy of my life. Through all her life I helped train, feed, groom, play, and care for her health and wellbeing. I have experience caring for family friends pets while they were away on vacation including in-house pet sitting, walking, feeding, paying attention to pee breaks, etc. I work freelance so my schedule is very flexible particularly when it comes to house sitting. I can take care of your pets during normal work hours Monday - Thursday whether it's a long daytime excursion, providing company and attention while they relax at home, or drop-ins for pee breaks and food checks. I truly am an absolute animal lover so spending time with pets is second nature to me. I'm very good at listening to the dog I'm with and making sure I'm taking care of them in the best way suited to their lifestyle and energy level. Pups provide us with the most pure and selfless love and it brightens my day to give that love back to them.
