“I truly can’t say enough nice things about Mahlet and the care she gave my kitten! We had a trip planned for 8 nights away and leading up to the trip I was nervous as this was my first Rover experience. Meeting Mahlet immediately put me at ease! During the trip she sent multiple photo and video updates throughout the day and it was so clear from all of them that my kitten adored her! He is literally smiling in every photo cuddled up against her! He is on a daily probiotic powder which he ran out of during his stay with her so she went out and picked some up (without us needing to ask) so there would be no lapse in his daily probiotics. It is so clear that she loves cats and is very knowledgeable about them. On top of all of the great care she provided to my cat, she also left my apartment spotless! I feel very fortunate I was able to have her as a sitter for my cat! My kitten definitely misses her and we will absolutely be booking her again!”

Morgan did an absolutely superb job taking care of our 5-year-old sheepadoodle Max while we were out of town for the weekend. Michael clearly has a special connection with animals and became fast friends with my dog and cat while I was out of town. He was fantastic, always keeping me updated with the latest, and was both flexible and patient with my dog’s somewhat high-maintenance separation anxiety. He even won my cat over!
Neeha seriously quelled my fears about leaving my pets while I traveled, I cannot recommend her enough. Not only were my pets happy, healthy and content when I returned, but she also treated my space with the utmost respect, leaving everything very clean and organized. She provided picture updates throughout and asked for clarification when needed. She also paid attention to the details, including my dogs prescription diet, and made sure to put on her coat for walks in the snow. I will definitely book again and highly recommend Neeha to anyone looking to have their dogs or birds house-sat. She’s timely, reliable, very trustworthy and friendly.
Benn is communicative, responsible, and was an incredible choice to watch our 7 month old puppy for the weekend. He stayed in our apartment and updated us with frequent photos and updates, sticking exactly to our dog’s schedule. He let us know when he was fed, walked, bathroom etc. and gave us such peace of mind. He left our apartment clean and and our dog already misses him. I would give him 10 stars.
Jackie was incredibly responsible and attentive to Snoop’s needs while she was sitting. She took her on plenty of walks, and it’s clear our dog completely fell in love with her! We would use Jackie again and again, and she also kept our house spotless. Eternally grateful for you, Jackie!
