About: The first time I had a cat, I was 6, and I named her Princess Angelina Lula Belle but (obviously) we only ever called her Kitty. During my childhood, my family and I took care of many other cats, including four kittens, and of course, dear Kitty as she became older. I have experience caring for young and senior cats, shy and social ones, too. Before moving to New York, I lived in Berkeley, where I cared for my neighbors' cats as a cat sitter. My previous roommate had two cats that I took care of when she was out of town and befriended even when she wasn't. I was nervous to leave my dog with new people but they offered a meet and greet days in advanced, had me complete a questionnaire on his feeding, preferences, quirks etc. And provided me with daily updates including pictures.
