“Great! Very patient. I eas in NYC for a concert and left my dog 5 hours with Alicia. She is very professional. My dog appeared to be ok with her, but this is coming from a very attached dog who barks at all strangers that approach him. So it’s a bonus when he lets someone he doesn’t know pick him up and take him with her. I would leave my dog with her again if I was to come to NYC again. “I cannot recommend Ivana enough. My partner and I were nervous to leave our 8 m/o puppy for the first time and Ivana immediately put us at ease. Our pup is a little high-maintenance and required daily medication and extra patience on walks. Ivana knew right away how to administer the medication (even better than we did!) and was excellent with Junie on walks. We were in frequent communication throughout the two days and she sent tons of pics and videos per my request! We completely trust Ivana with the care of our Junie and would recommend her to anyone in need of a dog sitter. Junie already cant wait for her to come back!”

Daniel came to the rescue and was diligent about the medications needed to be administered for my pup Ray who has 4 eye medications to do on a daily basis. I am psychotic about my cat and work from home so he is quite needy - our standards are HIGH. I frankly did not think anyone could meet them and yet Steph EXCEEDS the bar. My nervous boy was immediately put at ease by Steph, who gently and lovingly cared for him for over a month while I was away. She patiently cleaned up his floofy pantaloons when he had a nervous accident the first day and carefully removed the small mats his furry body tends to get. She gladly met his constant bids for playtime and got out every toy he’s ever owned to entertain him. He and my apt(!) are in better shape than when I left. She even washed all the bedding and changed the sheets which was a godsend after a long trip. We don’t deserve Steph and I think my cat is asking if she can adopt him now. Thank you Steph!!!
I’d highly recommend-Jason was so great and helpful when I needed someone last minute. I have a dog and a cat and they both loved him. He was great with giving updates and pictures of them. He did a great job and left my apt perfect and cleaner than I had it before.
Amanda went out of her way to make our cats as comfortable as possible! She provided many videos and pictures throughout her stay. I’ve used Rover in multiple states and countries, but I have never seen my babies so relaxed and happy with a sitter! She gives a lot of love and animals truly love her. Amanda is very respectful in her communication and makes sure she provides care as you like it. Because of unforeseen circumstances, we came home two days later than planned and Amanda had no problem extending her stay. This was a huge help! I will definitely book her again.
Caroline was incredible helpful in taking care of our nearly 15 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I was a nervous dog mom leaving him with someone that I didn’t know for the first time, but Caroline checked in regularly and took good care of Sawyer and our apartment. Will book with her again!
I was in a pinch and Claire was avaible to help asap. I have two Large reactive dogs, so I am concerned when someone new is walking them. Claire is a pro, was able to handle the dogs the entire time and the dogs looked happy the entire time from the multiple updates she provided. Will def be using again!
Emily was awesome with my Rummy! She knew exactly what to do to make my sometimes skittish cat trust her and feel comfortable. With regular updates, I knew Rummy was in great hands and not missing me one bit. She even shared some toys that her own cats were obsessed with and Rummy’s hooked!
