“Wei house sat for Mochi, our 14 month old Miniature American Shepard, from 04/24/2024 - 04/28/2024 and she did a phenomenal job! This was our first trip away since adopting Mochi, so we were a little nervous about leaving her alone. From the beginning, Wei was very gentle and friendly with Mochi. Wei also fed Mochi as per our detailed instructions, took her for regular walks to Central Park, and shared adorable photos with us regularly. Wei put our minds at ease and allowed us to really enjoy our vacation. We would definitely book Wei again to house sit for Mochi!”

She’s a fearful rescue dog with some specific needs and he took the time to meet her multiple times beforehand, learn her routines and listen to all of my concerns. He was incredibly patient and let her warm up at her own pace. While I was away, Jason sent tons of pictures and updates, and it was clear Stevie was getting lots of park time, playtime, cuddles, and naps. I came home to a very happy, tired dog and a clean apartment. Jason is kind, trustworthy, and clearly genuinely loves animals. He made me feel so comfortable leaving Stevie which is not easy for me. He really pays attention to the individual dog and their needs and was absolutely the best sitter we’ve had and I’d recommend him to anyone.”

We can't recommend Stephanie highly enough. From the first meet-and-greet, she took the time to learn Finn's quirks, routines, and favorite games, and it showed. Finn was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for the entire stay. Stephanie sent regular photo and video updates, which gave us total peace of mind. Finn came home tired, content, and (as always) a little spoiled. She communicated clearly, was flexible with our schedule, and treated Finn like part of her own family. Robin was incredibly reliable and communicative. I have a hard time leaving my senior cat especially for trips longer than a weekend but after meeting with Robin for a meet-and-greet, I felt relieved and confident that she’d do a great job — which turned out to be true! We got daily updates and photos, and she dealt with my cat’s temperamental attitude (esp when giving him his meds) like a champ. I’d 100% book Robin again! Thank you!!!
Bing did a phenomenal job taking care of Pacho! This was the first time he had a dog sitter/walker since his major surgery last year, so I was definitely a little nervous leaving him. Bing immediately put me at ease by sending me the cutest photos and keeping me updated throughout his walks. I could tell from the pictures how happy and comfortable he was with her, which meant so much to me. She even gave him new toys, and I’m pretty sure they’re best friends now! 😂 It was so obvious that she gave him lots of attention and genuinely cared for him. When I got home, Pacho was in such a great mood, and I could tell he had been very well taken care of. Bing also took great care of my place and left everything exactly the way I left it, which I really appreciated. She was communicative, thoughtful, responsible, and clearly loves dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be reaching out to Bing again in the very near future. Pacho is already looking forward to his next visit with his new best friend!
We couldn't have asked for a better sitter for Ruby! This wasn’t the first time Alejandra sat Ruby and it won’t be the last! Communication was excellent, with updates and photos that gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Reliable, caring, and a genuine dog whisperer. Highly recommend!
Kathryn was a LIFESAVER! No exaggeration. Took on a booking for me at 1am the night before I was scheduled to leave town after my cat, Pigpen, had been in the ER, when her previously scheduled sitter was too intimidated to care for her. I can’t say enough good things. I hated leaving under the circumstances and Kathryn made me feel totally at ease. I knew Pigpen was in the best hands.
Alexis is wonderful!!! We have a pretty anxious rescue dog who is very uncertain and barky at new people, Alexis was so amazing with our dog Mia and took such good care of her while we were away. I can tell our dog felt so safe with Alexis and had SO much fun playing tug and endless rounds of fetch. Alexis is an amazing communicator and I felt so comforted that Alexis was taking care of our dog while we were traveling. Thank you!!!
Anita watched our dog at our place for two weeks and she did an excellent job! It was the first time we hired someone through Rover. Fortunately, Anita made the whole experience easy and smooth. She took great care of Dusty and stayed in touch with us all the time. She sent lots of cool photos and videos of Dusty, so we almost felt like we were there. It was evident that Anita was very attentive to Dusty’s needs and that she simply loved playing and walking with him. We highly recommend Anita and something tells us that Dusty misses her already.
Shriya is the best of the best! I was fortunate to have her house sit and care for my kitty. Emily, amd she consistently excelled above and beyond my expectations!
