“Paris was a very thoughtful, conscientious and professional cat and house sitter. She was very communicative throughout her stay, sending us videos pictures and updates on our elderly cat, whether he was eating and taking his meds well, etc. She has a calm and laid back energy, but was also prompt about answering our questions/check-ins and asked thoughtful questions when we did our meet and greet. She left our house incredibly tidy and clean - my husband said he had never seen it look so good except when we are preparing for company. All in all I would recommend Paris and would ask her to return again.”

About: I've had a childhood pet I've taken care of since he was a pup. Currently I foster two frenchies on a quarterly basis. I am a full-time work-from-home accountant so I can provide the utmost care for your family member. I've had experience many different personalities and breeds and I truly am joyful when I know the little one is in good hands I am currently a full-time work from home accountant so your little friend will have plenty of attention and socialization. I can take him/her out for a walk multiple times a day or for a potty break. I would prefer to go to the owners home as I want the pet to be as comfortable as possible in the place they call home. I make sure to check on them frequently and follow owner instructions carefully on the little one's daily habits.

Stephanie was amazing!! She took such good care of Woods and clearly genuinely enjoyed looking after him. She was communicative, sent a ton of photos and videos, and even treated him to a pup cup! Woods loved her dog Lola who came along for the stay - we love when he gets to hang with other dogs!
Carley was extremely attentive and caring to our pups! She spent lots of time with them, sent plenty of updates, and handled some of the higher maintenance things our pups require. We hadn’t used rover in NY yet but if you’re hesitating I highly suggest starting by with booking Carley!
I cannot recommend Chloe enough! I was in need of a last-minute pet sitter for my kitty, who was dealing with a health issue at the time. I had never used a pet sitter before and was beyond nervous about leaving her, but Chloe was truly a godsend. I’m so grateful I was able to leave my cat in such capable and caring hands while I was away. Chloe administered her medication, sent me updates multiple times a day, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and reassured. My cat truly took a liking to her, which says everything! Chloe is incredibly professional, reliable, caring, and highly competent. Truly the best cat sitter in NYC! I will absolutely be using her again anytime I have to go away. Couldn’t recommend her more!
Kyntel was great! He kept our apartment tidy, updated us consistently, and made sure Beau stuck to good habits. Kyntel was super patient with Beau when Beau took a bit to get used to someone new taking care of him, and Beau began cuddling with him in no time. We'd gladly work with Kyntel again!
Anna took great care of Finita while we were away for a week. She was very responsible and attentive, gave her oral medication, sent us photos and updates every day, and made us feel reassured knowing Finita was in good hands :). We really appreciated her help and would completely recommend her!
Having just arrived in New York and need last minute dog sitting for an evening, I could not have found Mint at a better time. I can't recommend Julia enough! I always struggle leaving my cat Oliver and he can get sad and anxious when I'm away, but I came home this weekend to find him as peaceful and happy as could be, which doesn't always happen. I couldn't be happier with the care Danielle provided for my dog, Garth. Since he's older, new to me, and still working through some anxiety, I felt much more comfortable having him stay at home. Danielle was incredible from the start. She took her time getting to know him and carefully followed all of my instructions. On the first day, Garth was understandably anxious, but she kept in constant communication with me and did everything possible to keep him calm and reassured. When I came back home, he was completely relaxed and everything was in great shape. I will definitely be reaching out to her again the next time I need a sitter.
Sydney was absolutely wonderful with Xena and Luna while I was away in Thailand for 19 days. Being gone for almost three weeks, I really wanted someone I could trust not only with my pets but also with my home, and Sydney gave me such peace of mind the entire time. She took amazing care of Xena and Luna, kept me updated while I was away, and I never had to worry about how they were doing. It was obvious when I got home that they had been happy, comfortable, and very well cared for — which means everything to me.
