“Mahlet is everything you could ask for in a cat sitter and more. She communicated with us regularly, including lots of photos of our cat throughout the day. In fact, our cat was clearly enjoying his time with Mahlet so much that we think he misses her. When one of his toys broke, Mahlet replaced it with multiple new toys. As a bonus, Mahlet was generous enough to bring two packages upstairs and left our apartment spotless. We recommend Mahlet 100%!”

I was immediately put at ease because I could tell she carefully read through my instructions and asked me clarifying questions, and because - most importantly - my cat was cuddling with her from the get go. My cat doesn't do that often even with me! I requested daily updates, and Crystal sent a detailed daily update in addition to a lot of photos. This was our first trip away since adopting Mochi, so we were a little nervous about leaving her alone. From the beginning, Wei was very gentle and friendly with Mochi. Wei also fed Mochi as per our detailed instructions, took her for regular walks to Central Park, and shared adorable photos with us regularly.
