Took on a booking for me at 1am the night before I was scheduled to leave town after my cat, Pigpen, had been in the ER, when her previously scheduled sitter was too intimidated to care for her. I can’t say enough good things. I hated leaving under the circumstances and Kathryn made me feel totally at ease. I knew Pigpen was in the best hands.
Alexis is wonderful!!! We have a pretty anxious rescue dog who is very uncertain and barky at new people, Alexis was so amazing with our dog Mia and took such good care of her while we were away. I can tell our dog felt so safe with Alexis and had SO much fun playing tug and endless rounds of fetch. Alexis is an amazing communicator and I felt so comforted that Alexis was taking care of our dog while we were traveling. Thank you!!!
Anita watched our dog at our place for two weeks and she did an excellent job! It was the first time we hired someone through Rover. Fortunately, Anita made the whole experience easy and smooth. She took great care of Dusty and stayed in touch with us all the time. She sent lots of cool photos and videos of Dusty, so we almost felt like we were there. It was evident that Anita was very attentive to Dusty’s needs and that she simply loved playing and walking with him. We highly recommend Anita and something tells us that Dusty misses her already.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chae was absolutely amazing with Louie! She was so caring, attentive, and wonderful with him, and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in such good hands. Louie was so happy and well cared for, and I truly appreciate how much love and attention Chae gave him. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely be booking with her again! ❤️🐾
Jenny took wonderful care of our dog and our apartment while we were away. After our meet and greet, we felt confident we could trust her. She asked thoughtful follow-up questions and clearly wanted to understand our dog's routine. She sent us updates every day, so we never had to wonder how things were going. Even our doormen, who knows our dog well and always keeps an eye on him, could tell how happy he was to be with her. We're so glad we trusted Jenny and would absolutely book her again!
Rebecca is so great with my pup jojo. This is the second time we had Rebecca as a sitter and she made me feel so comfortable leaving jojo in such excellent hands. It’s also always a nice sign to come home to a tired pup - it means I know jojo got a great walk during the day. Highly recommend Rebecca and we will continue to book her!
Jessica is warm, friendly, professional, always on time but most importantly: Marshall is head over heels for her. She shows up at our door he squeals with delight and wags his tail so hard he’s at risk of propelling himself into the sky like a helicopter. While we were away, Jessica gave us daily detailed updates, accompanied by photos of our guy having the time of his life. Really lucky to have found her! :)
Eleni took such excellent care of our husky! He has separation anxiety, and some dog reactivity at times so it’s always nerve wracking leaving him, but Eleni gave us updates throughout the whole day, and he adored her. She was very prompt, and rolled with some scheduling adjustments on our end. Would love to book her again, she’s amazing!
