I am primarily available Friday-Sunday. I bring my 8lb dog along for the ride for overnight stays; She is house-trained and understands boundaries when meeting other dogs. She’s met several dogs via Rover and has done great with all! I can leave her behind for drop in visits or walks only, or visits that last no more than 4 hrs, if you’d prefer. Disclaimer: I offer my services to clients in Manhattan only at this time.

We will play games with their favorite toys/ tug- a -war, use kongs if available, earn delicious treats after following commands like sit or paw to stimulate their minds. I have dog training experience which comes in handy if your pup needs more practice!

Thank you for considering me to be your sitter! ————————————————————— I’ve been a pet owner since 1999. I started off with parakeets, but became a dog owner in 2008. However, it wasn’t until the pandemic (2020), when I decided to fully immerse myself in learning about dog behaviors. I dedicated countless hours to watching dog training videos, documentaries, shows, you name it, and successfully rescued 2 dogs (an 8lb shy girl and a 45lb dog all-limbs-lovable boy). I attended a combined 10 weeks of dog training classes with both dogs and received a certificate of completion. I have also worked with senior dogs, and volunteered at the same facility where I rescued both dogs. I bring expertise, enthusiasm, and patience to every dog-sitting opportunity. My lifelong affection for dogs and my hands-on experience ensure that your furry friend will receive the highest level of care, attention, and love. Trust me to be the caring and reliable dog sitter your pet deserves!

As usual, Deisi was great! My senior dog needs many medications, and Deisi handled it with no problem at all. She was incredibly understanding and accommodating of Teddy's senior traits, which meant so much to me. She was very communicative and sent regular updates throughout the stay, which gave me real peace of mind. The house was also spotless when I picked Teddy up. And as a bonus, Teddy had a wonderful time with Cosita. Highly recommend Deisi to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive sitter!
