He and his girlfriend were attentive, communicative, and clearly love dogs — Steven sent us photos throughout the stay, which put us completely at ease. Burrito had a blast socializing and playing with their chihuahua Merlin, and settled in super easily. He was a happy, well-cared-for boy the whole time. Highly recommend Steven, and we'd book again in a heartbeat!
Michala watched our boy for 4 nights and honestly we could not have asked for a better sitter. We’ve been using Rover for 4 years now and she’s hands down one of the most communicative sitters we’ve had. She sent updates all day so we never had to wonder how he was doing. She took him to the park daily, let him sleep in bed with her, even asked before giving him watermelon, and gave him enrichment toys to keep him busy. You can just tell she actually cares about the dogs she watches, not just going through the motions. Can’t recommend her enough!
Miss Jessica was really great! She's located in a quiet, safe community in east harlem with a roommate. There's a built in mini dog park outside and other pup parks within walking distance. Thankful for the trips to Central Park! Being a fellow dog owner, she has the attentiveness, right energy and knows how to handle multiple dogs at one time. She was super amenable to a late pickup and made the transfer between boarders smooth and easy. See you and Simon soon!
Carson was amazing with Lilo!!! I will absolutely use her again! She truly is a dog lover and my dog was soo happy spending time with her. He's generally a very anxious dog when he's with someone new but he was having the time of his life, I didn't have to worry for a second when I was away! Got lots of picture updates and she was also very kind! Highly recommend Carson.
Dontae was the dog sitter you can only dream of - sending pictures and updates throughout the day! I really loved how responsive Dontae was when it came to drop-off and pick-up. He also took my dog on frequent outings, such as walks or play time in Central Park. I cannot recommend Dontae highly enough!
Janise and her family took the absolute BEST care of my Daisy! From the moment she arrived, I knew she was in the best hands. Daisy had so much fun that she didn’t even want to leave! She especially loved spending time with Frankie, their incredibly sweet and gentle Bernedoodle, and I know Daisy will miss him so much! I also can’t thank Janise and her family enough for being so accommodating when I unexpectedly needed to add an extra day of boarding at the last minute. They were incredibly kind and flexible, and throughout the entire stay, day and night, I knew Daisy was safe, happy, loved, and well cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better family to care for my girl. I’m so grateful and would recommend Janise and her family to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their fur baby! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It was a big relief when Ryan responded quickly to my last-minute request for boarding services when my plans changed abruptly after an accident. Ryan is affectionate with my dog and I feel confident that she is well looked-after when she is with him. She is always happy to see him. Ryan is responsive and flexible and easy to work with.

This was my first time booking Isabella for a one-night stay, and she was absolutely wonderful. Right from the start, her communication was excellent. We set up a meet and greet where she shared her past experience with dogs and carefully took notes on my dog’s specific needs. My dog has some medical conditions that require daily medication, which can be stressful to hand off, but Isabella wasn't intimidated at all and handled everything perfectly. It is such a relief to find someone so capable. We’ve already booked her for a longer stay next month and are really looking forward to it.
Jacob was amazing with our dog! He made him feel right at home and even let him sleep in his bed every night, which he absolutely loved. Jacob also took him on long daily walks and made sure he got plenty of exercise. Throughout the stay, Jacob kept us updated with daily photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that he genuinely cared for our dog and treated him like family. We would definitely trust Jacob with him again!
