SUMMER BOARDING GUARANTEE: AC IS ON 24/7! Growing up i was always surrounded by pets. I do not own any pets now, and I miss having them around. I work from home fully remote, and my schedule is very flexible as I run my small bookseller business mostly online. I go on daily walks / runs in either Central park or Riverside park, and happy to take your dog to the parks mutiple times a day. If I run errands in the neighborhood I often bring the dogs I board along with me (if that’s appropriate and comfortable for them). I love building a bond and boarding allows for it. I am trained with various types of breeds, needs and behaviors - seniors, dogs with separation anxiety, constant care, reactive dogs, and I am ready to give all the snuggles and attention (or space if the pet is independent). I board one pet at a time (unless they’re from the same family), and make them feel at home - they’re welcome on furniture, couch, chairs, and even bed is OK. If your dog has a bed and/or a crate feel free to bring that, too. For safety reasons, I will not be able to board dogs that have history of biting people or showing agression toward people. Roman took care of our two cats while we were away for over a week. We didn’t need too much because our cats like to mind their own business, but he always took are of the necessities and made sure everything was in order!
Roman was incredibly communicative and clearly super caring for our guy Copper. He came back happy and healthy and we could tell from the many pictures that he was having a great time. Roman was kind and flexible and I couldn’t recommend working with Roman enough!
Roman arrived promptly and did a great job with Brigs. He was very understanding of Brigs’s particular needs and made us feel comfortable throughout the meet-and-greet. We’d definitely use him again.

Schedule
I am fully remote running my business from home and my schedule is flexible. I live in the west 70s right between central park and riverside and go on long walks / runs daily. I am an early bird so we can go out for a walk as early as needed and working from home i can give as much attention as needed.

Safety, trust & environment
I have an apartment, work from home every day, and i live alone. When boarding or daycare at least two long walks (30-60 mins each) are guaranteed with as many potty breaks as required. Pups are provided with water on every walk, and AC is always on when during your dog’s stay. I can give medications as required. My home is safe and pet-proofed to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for every dog. There is no exposed food, accessible chemicals, loose items, peeling paint, or anything that could pose a risk. I thoroughly clean and sanitize the space before each new boarding, including fresh laundry for bedding and common areas. After every walk, I wipe down paws and bellies to keep both your pup and my home clean and comfortable. I take pride in maintaining a calm, tidy, and hygienic space so your dog can truly feel at home.
A typical day
I’m happy to go out for a walk as early as we wake up as I try to get natural light for myself first thing in the morning, as I am an early bird. My typical day is working from home, home/outdoor workouts, meditations, working on my stoop garden, reading books on a couch or just watching tv. My friends like to visit so if your dog is a social butterfly and loves company of people - it’s a huge plus.

- Let me know if your dog has any special needs, medications, and behaviorial specifics. I need to know any - even minor or rarely showing triggers for agression, anxiety, etc. I prefer to not take my dogs to dog runs to avoid them roaming off-leash when in my care. For safety and liability reasons your dog is always on leash when outdoors with me.
