“This was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Shortly after my “Baby” arrived at Giulia’s, we said our goodbyes. Soon after, I received a photo of my little one out and about, which gave me instant comfort. Baby had an exciting 9 day vacation. She relaxed in bed, watched television and had some playtime in the bathtub and sink. When Giulia’s kiddos went to bed, Baby kept Angel alert in the nursery, standing guard as the children slept. She played in her tunnel, had plenty of family cuddles and oversaw pumpkin painting at the family table. Baby felt so welcomed and comfortable, that by the end of her stay she was sitting like a human on the couch, my favorite picture of all!!!! Julia was in touch on a daily basis with a video or photos and some reassuring words. The entire experience was extraordinary. I would trust this loving family with my “ Baby” anytime.”

Marshay was fabulous! Before I booked, she met up with me at the nearby park and then allowed me to bring him to her apartment to confirm that he and they would be comfortable. She kept me updated with pictures daily and when I went to pick up my dog, he didn’t even come to me at first because he felt at home at her place. Will definitely be using Marshay again for future stays!! 😊
Eleanor was amazing! I'm so glad I found such a caring and attentive dog sitter. When I picked up my dog, she gave me an incredibly thorough report of every day and routine, noting any behavior issues or tendencies and handling them like a pro! She has a wealth of dog care experience, and really loves and understands them. I was impressed with how carefully she anticipated and responded to my dog's needs and personality. My dog loves to sleep in a human bed, and I was grateful that Eleanor let her snuggle with her and be comfortable in her home! When we said goodbye, my pup was still excitedly trying to lick Eleanor's face and get more attention, so I know that she had a wonderful time with her!
This was my first time using Rover and the first time my dog, Lully, had ever been pet sat, so I was nervous. My original sitter ignored my requests, and I ended up booking with Laura just one day before our trip. She was flexible enough to accommodate us on such short notice, and she was incredibly patient with me throughout the process. Laura worked with my schedule to make the booking as convenient as possible. She sent photos during the stay, which put me at ease. Lully was well loved by both Laura and her husband. They let her relax on the sofa and even carried her around. Laura also took the time beforehand to confirm that Lully was comfortable sharing space with other dogs and could stay briefly on her own when they were out. She also speaks both Spanish and English, which I didn't know when I booked, so it was a lovely surprise. It's a big plus if you or your family prefer Spanish. I highly recommend Laura, whether for a quick visit or a longer stay in Manhattan. Thank you, Laura!
Stephanie was great! Super responsive and accommodating, from setting up the meet and greet to keeping us updated and being flexible with pickup. She took great care of Marshmallow and sent plenty of photos without us even having to ask. We'd definitely book with her again.
I hired Alyssa for boarding and daycare. She was wonderful; I felt so safe that my dog was in her care. She sent photos and updates the whole time. Most of all, my dog tried to follow her out of my apartment during drop off, and whined as she left. 5 stars from Wilbur, too!
Claire is the best sitter we’ve ever had! Poppy always knows when we are close by to where Claire is and tries to drag us over, because of how much she enjoys staying with her. Claire has brought so much joy into Poppy’s life - bringing her to the annual Halloween dog show, shopping, Central Park, Madison square park, and countless other excursions. Prior to the stay, we met so she could ask valuable questions about his care and gather emergency contacts. Heather took good care of Tommy. She sent lots of updates and pictures/videos. I appreciate this a lot especially since it was Tommy’s first time with her. Also, her cute pup got along with Tommy. They had fun together! I certainly will have Tommy stay with Heather again.
Just the absolute best!! They took such great care of our Sheru and we are so blessed to have met such a wonderful family to keep him with when we go on holiday.
