“Michael is simply the greatest dog boarder in the history of the world. When you book through Michael, though, you don't just get him, you also get his amazing wife, too. Michael took care of my dog Lucas during a medical emergency. I was at work at the hospital after midnight. We were terribly low-staffed. There was no one to take over my patients. If I'd left work, I probably would have lost my license and been fired for abandonment. Michael took my dog to an emergency 24 hour vet and didn't get back home until like 2 in the morning. The care he took of my dog went above and beyond. He is awesome, he is amazing, he is smart and capable and caring, I cannot say enough good things about him. You can trust your fur babies with Michael. With him and his wife, they are in amazing hands. It's always scary entrusting your canine children to a stranger, but with Michael you realize that he's not a stranger, he's the family member you didn't know you had. Thank you Michael!!!”

When my flight was delayed and I couldn't arrive in time to pick Scarlet up, Autumn graciously readjusted her schedule so she could stay an extra night. Def recommend!!
Paula is a fantastic communicator and very clearly cares for the animals in her care. I love that she asked me a ton of questions because she wanted to make sure she took care of my dog the same way I would. She was very thoughtful, communicative and kind, and also patient with my pup. Paula also followed up after I picked my dog up, wanting to make sure she was ok after their weekend together.
Hahillah was wonderful with Kimchi! She was caring, attentive, and made us feel completely comfortable leaving him in her care. Kimchi seemed happy and well cared for throughout his stay, and we really appreciated the updates and communication. We’d absolutely trust Hahillah with Kimchi again and highly recommend her!
This was our first time using Rover and was a little bit nervous but Azin was amazing! She did everything to make us feel comfortable before our dogs stay. Her and her husband were a great team to making our dog feel like their own for a few days. We really appreciated the care they provided while we were away.
