I messed up my booking time and when I noticed my mistake on the day of the booking she was responsive and helped to ensure my puppy was still taken care of despite my mistake. On top of that I know how much my dog loves being with Nirvana because she pulled me back to Nirvana’s apartment door after being back with me! She communicates throughout the visit and sends photos of my pup which I love - cannot recommend her enough!”

She’s very detail-oriented and wrote down everything Scarlet needed. From the photos you could tell my dog was comfortable in her home. She even cleaned her bowls before packing her up, which I’ve never had a sitter do before. I’ll definitely be booking her again!”

Our dog prefers being indoors cuddling than being taken for a walk and Naomi made sure to spend plenty of time with her to accommodate that. She gave us regular updates on how our dog was doing, with PLENTY of pictures which we loved. Definitely 10/10 and hope to rebook next time!”

I felt that max was well looked after the entire time! Lots of daily update photos, long daily walks, and they even updated me on the health of his stools! I will absolutely book with them again!”
