“Georgia had the very best time at day care with Camila, her roommate Ana, and their dog Vite! She had so much fun playing and they went on a group walk. They were also super accommodating when my deposition ran long and very communicative. We can’t wait to play again!!”

“Michaela was very flexible, which we really appreciated. Her flexibility allowed us to spend more time in NYC, and she kept Ellie company while we were out.”

“Georgia had the very best day with Emily and her dog, Kit, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly! She had good plays, they went on a great walk, and Georgia looked so happy in the photos she sent! We already booked our next play date!”

“Jade is a wonderful, energetic and warm sitter. As first time dog owners, we were hesitant to leave our fur baby with anyone. She took our dog on a long walk and gave him the socialization he needed with other dogs. Her clear and proactive communication style really put us at ease. We look forward to using Jade again on a regular cadence, despite her not being in our town!”

“Blondie had a blast with Linyan at daycare today! Highly recommend her for any pet sitting needs! She sent a bunch of photos and videos of Blondie having the best time with her pup and was super communicative!”

About: My husband and I have cared for our disabled Labrador since she was 5 months old (she’s now 7), so I’m very comfortable with special needs and senior dogs. I also grew up with a dog so I am experienced with puppies and basic training. I genuinely love dogs and treat every one like my own! I’m home full-time, so I have plenty of time to give your dog lots of attention, playtime, walks, and care. I’m available throughout the week for both daycare and boarding. I live in an apartment with an elevator. I have plenty of space for play, meals, and cuddles, and I make sure every dog feels comfortable and cared for. I follow each pet’s routine closely and adapt to their individual needs, whether they’re active, chill or somewhere in between.
“Great dog sitter! Very caring, reliable, and attentive. I felt completely at ease leaving my dog with you. I really appreciate your patience and the love you showed him—especially since he can be a bit anxious. Definitely would book again! Thank you so much!”

“Thank you Shishi! Very communicative, attentive, and thoughtful. I really appreciated the cute pics and detailed updates. Zombie had so much fun and I will definitely be a repeat customer <3”

“Tina and her mom were great! They sent so many photos and videos of Koda playing with other dogs and at the park. Koda is a very picky pup and sometimes won't eat, even at home. I really appreciate that Tina tried hand feeding him when he refused food. Rest assured, your pup will be in good hands!”

“Jordan & Sydney were great with Margo! They were patient with her and walked her multiple times during her stay for daycare. We knew she was in good hands for the day!”

About: At various points in my life, I’ve been lucky enough to have one dog and two cats who were the absolute sunshine of my days. Over the past decade, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for my own pets as well as dog sitting and cat sitting for friends. Every experience has been a joy—I might be a little too soft with them, but I’m always happy to spoil them! I am an interior designer and currently work from home. Can’t have pets of my own in the city, but I’d love the chance to care for yours. Whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood or some quality playtime, I’m here to help us both live a little better. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friend! I am currently working freelance design work and WFH most of the day so pretty flexible to hang out with the cats/pups! Happy to be outdoor with the dogs which is a treat for me. I live alone in a studio near parks, happy to host the furry guest at home! I am a clean and organised person and love to take care of the guest.
About: Hi! My name is Serena, and I’ve always loved spending time with animals. I’ve grown up around dogs and enjoy taking them for walks, playing with them, and making sure they’re happy and cared for. I also used to work a pet store that really taught me a lot. I currently have 2 of my own named Pepper and Leo. Pepper is a Havanese who is a playful friendly little girl and Leo is a Havapoo who is a ball of friendly energy who loves to cuddle but is scared of his own shadow lol. I really enjoy watching them play and enjoy how different their personalities are. 🙂I’m reliable, patient, and treat every pet like my very own. I’m excited to help pet owners feel confident that their pets are in good hands while they’re away because I know how scary it can be to leave your fur babies with a new person. Can’t wait to meet you and your babies! 🥰🥰 I am currently home FULL TIME and am able to work around your needs schedule wise, so taking care of your fur babies fits in perfectly to my life and I am excited to do so ☺️ In my home, I keep a clean, safe space and follow each pet’s feeding, potty, and play routine. I give plenty of attention, supervision, and comfort so they feel at home and I also have 2 dogs of my own that would love to play and keep clients pets company In a client’s home, I stick to their normal schedule, provide walks, fresh food and water, playtime, and updates. I always respect the home as I do my own and follow all care instructions.
“Maggie was really happy to spend the day with Isabel. She was really helpful and dropped her off for us which we really appreciate. We found Maggie happy and well taken care off. We’re happy to do it again soon.”

About: I am a freelance Stylist with a very flexible schedule, a lot of the time I work from home. I mostly dog sit a neighbor's dog 6-10 times a year named Lola, but have been watching dogs and all sorts of animals since I was in high school! (I'm 30 now!). It brings me soo much joy having a furry friend around. My dog of 9 years passed away two years ago and since moving to New York in 2010 I have been pet-less. I miss having a dog to care for more than most things. I don't have time to care for a dog full time, but I would adore the opportunity to care for dogs overnight or for an extended period of time. I live by myself in an apartment directly across from Seward park, perfect for dog walks! My apartment is pet friendly. My price is negotiable. Looking forward to hearing from you! Super flexible! Mostly work from home. I am a freelance Stylist with a very flexible schedule, a lot of the time I work from home. I give every animal in my care my undivided affection and attention. Multiple walks a day, lots and lots of cuddles, playing with toys, ensuring they eat and digest each meal.
“Aleks took great care of our baby! Nola tends to have separation anxiety and it was so great to see her content when we came back to pick her up. They even brought her to petsmart for a new ball (we managed to lose all of her balls four days into our 12 day trip)! Aleks was quick in response time and very communicative. Highly recommended.”

“Eden was fantastic with our boy Hades! Eden kept us updated throughout the day with videos and pictures of Hades. He took him on several walks and played with him for hours! Hades has separation anxiety and he isn't the easiest dog, and we're so grateful we found someone like Eden who really cares and is so attentive. We will 100% be rebooking with Eden, thank you!”

Little Italy dog parents share their Rover experiences
Lilly really helped us during a stressful time of needing help with our dog Kevin when he was recovering from a health issue. She was flexible with times, understanding of kev needing a bit more care and attention than normal and we couldn’t be more thankful for her. Thank you so much for caring for Kev like he was your own Lilly, we will definitely be reaching out again in the future!

Heather took such a great care of my dog while I toured the city and sent lots of pictures and updates throughout the day. It was clear my dog was in caring and loving hands. She also made me a lovely Mother’s Day card, which was such a thoughtful touch. I would definitely trust her again and highly recommend her !

Ashley took excellent care of my dog pepper and made the whole experience stress-free. Communication was clear and consistent, and I really appreciated the regular photo updates, it was obvious my dog was happy and comfortable the entire time. I’d absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive sitter.
