About: Hi! My name is Serena, and I’ve always loved spending time with animals. I’ve grown up around dogs and enjoy taking them for walks, playing with them, and making sure they’re happy and cared for. I also used to work a pet store that really taught me a lot. I currently have 2 of my own named Pepper and Leo. Pepper is a Havanese who is a playful friendly little girl and Leo is a Havapoo who is a ball of friendly energy who loves to cuddle but is scared of his own shadow lol. I really enjoy watching them play and enjoy how different their personalities are. 🙂I’m reliable, patient, and treat every pet like my very own. I’m excited to help pet owners feel confident that their pets are in good hands while they’re away because I know how scary it can be to leave your fur babies with a new person. Can’t wait to meet you and your babies! 🥰🥰 I am currently home FULL TIME and am able to work around your needs schedule wise, so taking care of your fur babies fits in perfectly to my life and I am excited to do so ☺️ In my home, I keep a clean, safe space and follow each pet’s feeding, potty, and play routine. I give plenty of attention, supervision, and comfort so they feel at home and I also have 2 dogs of my own that would love to play and keep clients pets company In a client’s home, I stick to their normal schedule, provide walks, fresh food and water, playtime, and updates. I always respect the home as I do my own and follow all care instructions.

I’m looking to take up PT walking in the neighborhood and would love to get some time with your little angels ❤️ I work remotely in the neighborhood so can be very flexible with times of walks and drop ins no problem for your pets, just let me know! I’ve grown up with animals my entire life and recently had to say goodbye to my angel lab of 12 years who lost his battle to cancer. I am very familiar with the needs of animals and truly love them so much. Totally understand they miss their humans when not home, so will be sure to give them extra love!

I work full-time in Manhattan and am in the office Tuesday through Thursday, typically home by early afternoon. On Mondays and Fridays, I work remotely. This flexibility allows me to offer morning walks, midday visits, and consistent afternoon and evening care. For boarding and daycare, I thoughtfully plan my schedule to ensure dogs are not left alone for long stretches. I only accept bookings I can fully commit to so every dog receives attentive, reliable care. Safety and compatibility are my top priorities. I live in Kips Bay with my best friend and his calm, friendly 8-year-old Shih Tzu, Milo. Because of this, I only accept well-socialized, non-reactive dogs for boarding, and I require a meet & greet beforehand to ensure a good fit. I also board only one guest dog at a time to maintain a peaceful home environment. In clients’ homes, I am respectful, tidy, and detail-oriented. I follow feeding schedules, exercise routines, and medication instructions carefully and always provide consistent updates and photos. Please note: due to allergies, I am unable to accept cat care bookings.
