“It has been a long time since I've had to board my pets with someone I didn't know. It is hard enough to leave our fur babies in the care of a friend or family member, but it is an more nerve-wracking experience to place them into the care of a stranger. Michael assuaged those fears before we even met him! He asked all the right questions about our boy's needs from the get-go (he's a large senior dog with arthritis) and gave me frequent updates and pictures of how he was doing. He walked our boy judiciously and gave him all of his food and medications just as we would. He was wonderful. It was such a relief knowing that our boy was in such capable, caring hands. We're in town for work but are lucky enough to have weekends off. We picked our boy up today and he looked so happy and healthy. Michael did such a great job that we're going to utilize his services again next week. I just can't say enough good things about him.”
