Boots got comfortable with them quickly, and they even had some of his favorites (carrots) ready for him. During the stay, they were great about sending photos and updates. I give very detailed instructions, and they followed everything really well! I was so happy to have such a lovely couple take care of our dog while we were away, and will be sure to rebook with them in the future!”

Teddy was so happy to see Chan and as an anxious pet mom / pet pair it was lovely to see Teddy has found a friend in Chan and to know that she enjoys her time at Chan’s. Teddy needs a lot of TLC as she’s a bit older and has a slipped disc, and Chan is great with her and sends me lots of updates also noting Teddy’s condition. Amazing experience as always and would definitely recommend!”
