Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. Julia is outstanding! She and her partner, Danny, were such excellent sitters for our two doggos. Our little girl is the sweetest, easiest pup who gets along with everyone but our bigger, older boy is sensitive, a tad anxious and needs extra TLC; they were both treated like members of the family and pampered beyond belief. Chia & Pablo were given multiple walks every day, had loads of playtime and all the attention in the world. Julia sent amazing photos and pupdates daily and was outstanding with communication the entire time. We'll be happy leaving our squad with her anytime, our only fear is giving too good a review and Julia getting booked so much that she won't have availability to take care of our pups next time. You can rest easy with her looking after your four-legged loved ones.
Ahrisue was a trustworthy, diligent, and caring sitter for my pup, Mabel! Ahrisue made sure to follow all of my instructions, sent plenty of updates, and took such diligent and thorough care of Mabel. It was very clear from her updates and pictures how caring she was with Mabel. Mabel can be an anxious dog, and unfortunately had some difficulties while under Ahrisue’s care. Ahrisue was extremely kind, accommodating, and thorough in addressing these issues. Ahrisue even took her to the vet, and made sure to follow the vet’s instructions until Mabel was feeling much better. I am very grateful to Ahrisue, and would highly recommend her as a sitter. This was our first time boarding our pup and I may have been a bit nervous, but Jhazmin and Antonio did such a wonderful job caring for her, it put my mind at ease. Great communication, daily pics, lovely, responsible people…all good things! In many of the pictures our dog was clearly smiling, so much so that my husband asked “does she like them better than us?” 😂 ❤️
Hettie and Nick watched our golden retriever during a vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for better sisters! They were communicative and attentive to our senior dog’s needs and routine. They also sent pictures every day to keep us in the loop. We had no doubt our dog was in good hands, and won’t hesitate to contact them again next time!
Ashley was absolutely amazing with my baby dolce!! I was so nervous with leaving my girl for the first time and especially because she’s only 10 weeks old. Ashley kept me updated constantly with text messages and pictures! Could not recommend her enough and can’t wait to use her again!
I cannot recommend Spencer & Janet highly enough. They are incredibly accommodating and have helped me out of a very, very last minute jam with overnight care of the highest quality. Michelle watched Tucker for the second time and was hands down amazing! She communicated with us throughout his entire stay and sent pictures morning, afternoon, and night, which we absolutely loved. Tucker looked so happy and comfortable, and it was clear how much time she spent playing with him and making him feel at home. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for while we were away. We would absolutely recommend Michelle and will definitely be booking with her again!
I booked Kristen last minute and couldn’t have been happier. She was responsive, easy to communicate with and punctual. Besides all of that, she feels grounded, calm and like a loving person.. my pup went to her right away. I felt very comfortable leaving him with her and I can see it felt comfortable for him as well.
