About: While i was growing up i always had one dog and one cat.I loved watching them growing up together,be friends and playing together.Since then my love for the animals was growing day by day.I used to take care the dogs of my friends and relatives while they were away.Recently i moved to New York city and would be happy to take care of your pet as it was mine. I am currently working as part time remote job so i have plenty of time to take care of your pet.I can spend time playing,walking,and caring of your pet. About: I grew up with dogs and have always been a big animal lover! I moved to NYC and do not have any pets but back home I have a Great Pyrenees and a Husky. I have experience with dogs of a variety of different ages and sizes. Happy to take your pets on walks, to the park, as well as pet sitting! My schedule includes working in the office Monday through Friday, making my home a great fit for pups who are accustomed to being alone during the workday. I live in a studio apartment across the street from a dog friendly park! I can meet your dog’s exercise needs whether it’s going on walks or to the dog park.

“Minako has changed our lives. To be brief and focus on how much Minako means to us, my life has changed for the negative quite dramatically over the past couple of years. One of those events was the unexpected loss of my girl Lola, Charlie's sister. Charlie was depressed, sad and lost to a great degree without Lola - they were soulmates unlike anything I have ever seen. Charlie is the most important "person" in my life and trusting someone to look after him was unthinkable. Then we were blessed with Minako. She truly and sincerely cares for Charlie. His mental and emotional health has improved along with his appetite and his personality is back. And let's not talk about how she puts me to shame in the walking department - Charlie is no longer tolerating my 30-45 min nightly standard route walks any more! I can never thank her enough for what she has done for us but if this small note can be a testament to her and perhaps get another hesitant pet parent to trust a NYC "dog walker", Minako is so very very much more.”

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by a variety of pets, including our family dogs, rabbits, hamsters, fish, and a neighborhood cat named George. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of babysitting dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens for friends and family. I’m excited to connect with fellow pet owners in the city and rekindle my love for caring for animals, something I’ve truly missed in my life. I am fully remote working from home Monday through Friday. I am usually pretty flexible depending on the request and typically stay in the city most weekends. I fully respect my clients' space, recognizing that I am a guest in their home, and will make sure to leave everything exactly as I found it. I'm a highly organized person and will only carry out tasks as requested or permitted based on the pet care needed. Of course, I’ll always make sure to spend extra time showering the cat or dog with love and earning their trust. :)

About: What sets me apart is that I’ve primarily cared for cats for years, for friends, neighbors, and repeat households, so I truly understand feline behavior and personalities. (I also have a fur baby of my own) I’m very comfortable with daily litter maintenance, feeding routines (including special diets), administering basic medications, brushing, bathing when needed, nail trims, and, most importantly, giving cats the type of attention they prefer — whether that’s active play, quiet companionship, or respectful space. I’m patient with shy or anxious cats and know how to build trust at their pace. I’ve also cared for senior cats who need gentler handling and closer monitoring. I pay attention to subtle behavior changes (which is especially important with cats) and always keep owners updated. While I’ve walked dogs as well, my strength is creating a calm, clean, loving environment where cats feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I currently work remotely part time so I have plenty of time during the day and evenings. I am flexible as long as I have some notice if I need to stop by during the day/evenings/weekend. I prefer taking care of animals where they are comfortable (clients home), I live in an apartment with my cat where I keep the environment calm and clean.

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them feels completely natural to me. I’m a consultant who works from home on a hybrid schedule, which means your pup gets a calm, attentive companion during the day rather than an empty house. I’m comfortable with all the basics: feeding, leashing, crating, and reading what a dog needs. Whether your pet is high energy or a total couch potato, I’d love to be a great fit for them. I work a hybrid schedule from home, so your dog won’t be left alone. For the most part I’ll be at my desk, but I build regular walks into my day every two to four hours, plus morning and early evening outings to Lincoln Park for fetch or a good sniff around. I’m happy to work around your pet’s specific routine and energy level. I keep a calm, structured home environment and treat every dog as an individual. I follow feeding schedules closely, send photo updates throughout the day, and adjust activity level to whatever your pet needs, whether that’s an active romp at Lincoln Park or a quiet rest day on the couch. I believe the best care starts with good communication, so I always keep owners in the loop.
