About: I have experience taking care of my own dog as well as others’ dogs. I found a scrappy mini schnauzer named Mickey at the shelter in 2018 and fell in love immediately. I brought him home that day and was his primary caretaker for the next 7 years through his difficult battle with cancer. Since losing him, I’ve been volunteering at the shelter and dog-sitting others’ dogs. I can provide attentive care based on you and your dog’s needs, including special needs and senior dogs. I’d love to meet you and your dog and see how I can help! Im currently a student, so I have a lot of free time. I am free to walk your dogs pretty much anytime that works for you! My priority is keeping your dog safe and your home secure through every visit. I am extremely careful during entries and exits to ensure your pet stays safely inside, and I always double-check that all doors are locked when I leave. During walks, I stay highly alert to our surroundings, including traffic and other animals, while maintaining a secure grip on the leash at all times. You can expect a detailed update and photos after every walk so you have total peace of mind.

About: Dogs have been a constant in my life. I grew up with Hershey, a rescue we adopted as a puppy who's now a happy 15 year old. Through her I've learned what it looks like to care for a dog across every stage of life, from energetic puppy to a senior with her own pace and needs. I've also worked with Renegade Paws Rescue in Savannah, spending time walking and socializing an unfamiliar dog in a public park setting, keeping them calm, engaged, and well behaved around crowds and other animals. I'm currently in NYC for the summer and have availability Saturday through Tuesday. I'm attentive, reliable, and genuinely love spending time with dogs. Your pup will be in good hands! I'm available Saturday through Tuesday, generally between 11am and 7pm, and flexible within that window. My schedule is open enough that I can usually accommodate same day or next day requests. I'm based near Greenwich Village and comfortable navigating busy urban environments with dogs. Washington Square Park and the surrounding streets are my home turf for the summer!

I will get anywhere I am needed, anytime; scheduling ahead is most ideal to organize other walks around the city, but I can also do last minute things if I am allowed a 90 minutes window to make it in case I am in a different area. About: I've been around dogs all my life and started taking care of friends' and family's pets when I was 10. My apartment soon became a home away from home for their pets, giving me experience with all different kinds of temperaments and sizes.
