“Kennedy is absolutely amazing! This was her first time walking my 2-year-old dog, Rupi, and I couldn't be happier. She was perfectly on time, highly communicative, and took Rupi on a wonderful walk. It's such a relief to find someone so dependable and caring. I will definitely be booking Kennedy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great walker! Thank you Kennedy 🫶🏼”

“Kathy did an awesome job with our dog Finley while we were visiting the city. She was prompt, responsible, and took great care of our girl. Would definitely book again.”

About: Hi! I’m Jason — a dependable, dog-loving guy with years of hands-on dog sitting and pet care experience. I’ve had my own Cairn Terrier for the past 14 years, so I understand just how much pets become family. Over the years, I’ve also lived with and cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, including a sweet pit bull for three years, as well as a beagle and a lab. From energetic big dogs to smaller laid-back companions, I’m comfortable with all breeds and temperaments. No dog is too big or too small — I’m always happy to help care for your pet whenever you need someone reliable, attentive, and caring. Whether it’s walks, sitting, check-ins, or just keeping your dog company, I’ll treat your pet like my own. I currently work fully remote and am available to head out for walks and take care of your pet anytime throughout the day, including weekends! I live in a large one-bedroom apartment in a two-story walk-up located in Rose Hill, just two blocks from Madison Square Park. It’s a clean, quiet, smoke-free home in a great central NYC location.
“Tiffany is amazing! She is reliable, great communicator, and loves dogs (and our dog loved her!). She sent pictures on each walk and gave updates. This gave us great peace of mind. Our dog was so happy when we would get home to her. She is a gem and highly recommend her! We will book her again.”

About: I've worked at several dog boarding & daycare places and have nearly 2 years of professional experience. Alongside that, I've also taken care of pets since I was 10, starting out with fish and then to my own cat, dog, and gecko. I can walk, bathe, feed, administer medicine - anything you need. I am a full time student so I will be at campus for most of the day on Mondays. For the rest of the week I am pretty flexible and I can do mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings. Weekend's are not a problem for me either. I believe every pet has different needs and every owner knows what's best, so I will follow your instructions and take care of your pet with as much love as you have for them.
“Megan is the best! She’s super reliable, great with communication, and so sweet with Ladd. Ladd can be stubborn about walking in cold weather, and Megan has been incredibly patient and understanding with her. So grateful to have found Megan—highly recommend!”

“Jessie helped me out last minute with my dog! She is a great dog walker and has excellent communication. I really appreciated the thorough update and pics she provided. I would definitely hire again ! Thanks Jessie.”

About: I've had dogs early in life. I cared for dogs in the home and on a farm I lived for 10 years in Oklahoma. I can adapt to lively and shy dogs alike. I am currently volunteering for Indivisible activist organization so I can definitely work my schedule around anyone's requirements. I live in a great neighborhood with other dogs and lots of space to explore. My apartment is close to the ground floor so I can readily handle house training. I follow your instructions to the letter, using a crate or not, special diet, etc. There will be no need for concern your dog isn't being cared for properly. I keep cords and other dangerous things out of reach of your dog. It is a priority of mine to make sure your dog is safe. I'll be mindful to distract him/her from bad habits like scratching, gnawing on furniture and shoes. I can make the environment as relaxed or controlled as your pet is happiest. It's totally your call and I will happily respect your wishes.

“Aria was wonderful! This was her first time walking my 2-year-old dog, Rupi, and I couldn't be happier. She arrived right on time and took Rupi on a beautiful walk around the neighborhood. Seeing Rupi after work, so happy and relaxed, I knew she was in great hands. I will definitely be booking her again—highly recommend Aria.”

“Natalia was super patient and kind with my nervous dog, Samoa. I was worried that finding a dog walker would be difficult because she’s pretty fearful and anxious. We scheduled a few walks where I accompanied her and Samoa to get them used to each other and Natalia was super attentive to her needs and my care instructions. As a former dog walker on rover, I definitely approve of Natalia and would recommend her :).”

“This is our 3rd walk date with Lauren and she is a Very special person. She goes above and beyond, and this time I needed her help keeping an eye on my pup who has a bad leg. She treated him with kindness, and love and communicated with me the whole time. Very happy to have her 🫶”

Jimmie was amazing! So thoughtful and thorough. He showed such carr and concern for my fur babies. Kept all instructions in mind. Asked questions was on time and made full use of the time he spent with my babies. Will absolutely be booking him again! HIGHLY recommend!

Brynne goes above and beyond - with proactive communication with us as well as following care instructions that we've shared for our pup. She is so friendly and kind. She truly loves dogs and treats them like her own. So happy to have booked her again and will keep her in mind in the future!

Eliza has been walking our pup, Pippy, every week for the past several months, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better walker. From day one, she has been reliable, communicative, and incredibly caring. The biggest endorsement comes from Pippy herself, she absolutely adores Eliza. Every walk is the highlight of her day, and it's obvious how much trust and affection they've built together. In fact, we're pretty sure Pippy is more upset with us for moving neighborhoods than she is excited about the new place, simply because it means she won't get to see Eliza every week! Eliza consistently goes above and beyond, and we've always had complete peace of mind knowing Pippy was in such great hands. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who will care for their pet as if it were her own. Thank you, Eliza, for being such an important part of Pippy's routine and for setting an incredibly high bar for dog walkers everywhere!

Valentina was a great find on Rover. For two weeks, she took our fur diva for daily walks. I loved her daily photo updates and recaps. My dog was always super happy to see her. I know she will miss Valentina, which is exactly what one should want with a pet sitter. She gets my highest recommendation and I will not hesitate to call on her again in the future.

Maria was great with Sookie and came twice in one day as I’m recovering from foot surgery and therefore have to be on strict bedrest. The first time, Sookie wouldn’t want to walk, but that’s only because she isn’t used to going with a dog walker — but the second time it was like night and day and she walked enthusiastically and much farther with Maria. Maria is sweet and considerate and went out of her way to ensure that Sookie was comfortable. Because of a bug in the app, Maria first went to my old address, which was quite far away, but even then she followed through by coming to my current address and didn’t make a big deal of it. I’d definitely ask her to walk Sookie again!
