About: Hi! My name is Elyse and I’m originally from Long Island but moved to Manhattan about a year ago! I’ve taken care of my family dog Casper for over 10 years so when I moved out I definitely knew I needed to fill that void and Rover was the perfect way to do this! Although I grew up with dogs my whole life, I frequently help take care of my two little feline niece and nephew. Whether it’s walking, bathing, giving meds, or just loving them, I’ve been a reliable source for friends and family for years! I currently work full time, but am remote 3 days a week so I have plenty of flexibility to care for your pets! I am available during the week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from morning till night and Tuesday and Thursday after 6pm. I live in an apartment in Sutton Place with a secure, dog-friendly building. I currently do not have any animal living with me so your furry friend wouldn’t have to share my attention! I live steps away from the east river walkway and love to take frequent walks so your pup will never be bored!

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats through pet ownership, fostering, and volunteering at an animal shelter. I personally have T1D diabetes so if your pet has it too, I am not afraid to deal with it!! I’m a Cornell student spending the summer in New York City interning for Weill Cornell Medical Center, which gives me a flexible schedule for pet care. I’m available throughout the week for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting, and I’m happy to work with owners to find times that fit their pet’s routine. I’m reliable, responsive, and understand the importance of consistency when caring for animals. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. Through my Fear Free training and shelter experience, I’ve learned how to recognize signs of stress, respect boundaries, and create positive experiences for animals. I carefully follow feeding instructions, medication schedules, walking routines, and any special care requests. I also provide updates and photos so you can feel confident knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I've been caring for dogs my whole life, from walking neighbor’s pups as a kid to raising and training my own Golden Retriever, Ainsley, from 8 weeks old (currently at home in Syracuse, NY). I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes and ages, including high-energy puppies and senior dogs with mobility needs. I’m known for treating every dog like my own, whether it’s daily walks, house sitting, or just keeping them company. I also know how to help a choking dog and am confident handling multiple dogs at once. I live in Midtown and WFH MWF.
