About: I am a lifelong animal-lover whose first word was Doggy. I've taken care of dogs of all breeds, ages, sizes, and levels of playfulness every day since I was able to hold a leash. I have pet-sitting experience with high-energy breeds from chihuahuas to pitbulls as well as experience with puppies and senior companions. I am 10-time tug of war champion with my Boston Terrier mix Brady and I have taught my mutt Tiffany how to write my papers for me (Don't tell my Professors). I am a student at NYU and would love to spend time with your pups! I am typically available on weekdays before 10am, around lunchtime, and after 5pm, and anytime on weekends. When caring for pets, I make sure their walk routine and play time is a meaningful part of their day and ensure an enriching experience. I tailor walks based on energy level, age, and personality-I am ready to be active and jog with a high-energy puppy or take a slow-paced stroll for senior dogs. Before walks I make sure the pet is comfortable and calm. Safety is a priority: I adjust for weather accordingly and have experience and knowledge with breeds who are more susceptible to overheating or cold and I avoid overly busy areas if a dog is reactive or easily overstimulated. I got water, treats, and cuddles a-plenty. I love and am prepared to stop at dog parks, play fetch, or hike more difficult terrain with your dog!

Cheryl walks Slash every week - she’s been a great help to us as we are in the office more often. She’s very communicative and adjusts what she does with Slash depending on weather or how energetic he is that day. Would definitely recommend Cheryl to anyone who needs a reliable dog walker!

About: What sets me apart is that I’ve primarily cared for cats for years, for friends, neighbors, and repeat households, so I truly understand feline behavior and personalities. (I also have a fur baby of my own) I’m very comfortable with daily litter maintenance, feeding routines (including special diets), administering basic medications, brushing, bathing when needed, nail trims, and, most importantly, giving cats the type of attention they prefer — whether that’s active play, quiet companionship, or respectful space. I’m patient with shy or anxious cats and know how to build trust at their pace. I’ve also cared for senior cats who need gentler handling and closer monitoring. I pay attention to subtle behavior changes (which is especially important with cats) and always keep owners updated. While I’ve walked dogs as well, my strength is creating a calm, clean, loving environment where cats feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I currently work remotely part time so I have plenty of time during the day and evenings. I am flexible as long as I have some notice if I need to stop by during the day/evenings/weekend. I prefer taking care of animals where they are comfortable (clients home), I live in an apartment with my cat where I keep the environment calm and clean.

About: Hi! I’m Esther - a lifelong animal lover who’s raised dogs from high school through adulthood and now has a pup of my own. I know firsthand how much trust it takes to leave your fur baby with someone new, and I care for every pet with the same patience, gentleness, and consistency I give my own. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, temperaments, and little quirks - from shy rescues to playful puppies to senior sweethearts who need extra support. I’m attentive to animal body language and emotional needs, and I always take the time to make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and understood. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I can reliably drop in throughout the day - rain or shine - to keep your pet’s routine consistent. Whether your fur baby needs walks, meals, medication, enrichment time, or just extra cuddles, I’m happy to tailor my care to exactly what they need. Safety and cleanliness are extremely important to me. I always refresh water bowls, follow feeding routines closely, and make sure everything is secure before I leave. If you let me know where your trash can and cleaning supplies are, I’m more than happy to clean up any little “oopsies.” I can also vacuum or sweep up any litter that adventurous kitties might track around - whatever helps keep your home tidy and your pets comfortable. I also keep a close eye on pets at all times and send updates, photos, or videos so you always feel connected and at ease while you’re away.

About: I offer loving, responsible, and attentive pet care, shaped by real-life experience. I have a little dog who is like my daughter, so I truly understand how important it is to trust someone with a pet you love. For the past three years, I’ve mainly cared for the pets of friends and family, which has given me hands-on experience with different personalities, routines, and needs. I’m patient, observant, and committed to making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for—whether that means playtime, calm companionship, or sticking closely to their usual schedule. I’m currently a student, and this year I have a good amount of free time, so I thought, why not do something I enjoy? I’m studying English and social communication. Right now, I’m free almost every day until 3 p.m. I prioritize the safety, trust, and well-being of every pet in my care. In my home and my client’s home, I make sure to provide a clean, comfortable, and secure environment. I follow any specific instructions from the pet owner regarding feeding, exercise, and medications, and I monitor their behavior and health closely. I also ensure pets feel loved and cared for, offering attention, playtime, and companionship while respecting their individual needs and routines.

I could not have asked for a better dog walker for my pups. Alma is not only so good with dogs and very knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind with a wonderful energy that makes you feel so absolutely safe leaving your doggies with her. And they feel it too! I have one very old dog and one incredibly energetic young border collie and Alma is a pro in meeting both of their exercise/ walking/ energy needs all at once. Im so happy I found her and highly recommend her services to anyone looking to work with their fur babies.
