Jimmy has been super patient and gracious with my people shy/nervous dog. He has been providing reassurance to not only me but my dog and is great at sending consistent updates in the form of voice notes, pictures and videos. It's obvious he cares about the service he provides and the physical and mental well-being of the dogs he cares for I really feel like Max is in great hands!
Jimmy and his team provide stellar service from start to finish. My 11 year old cavachon adores him and is always so excited to see him come to pick her up. 10/10 service
