From the very beginning, both Sayarlin and her husband were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive with our "big boy", who think he is a Chihuahua. Whenever I called or had a question, they were always responsive and thoughtful, which gave me great peace of mind. One thing I especially appreciated is that they have access to an outdoor space in New York, allowing Lio to get fresh air and feel comfortable outside of the apartment setting. Their love for animals is obvious, and they treated Lio as if he were their own. I highly recommend their dog-sitting service to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable pet care.”

“5 STARS!!!! Victor is a loving and talented pet person. He saved me in a last minute travel situation! I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. He obviously has a great connection with animals & is an overall lovely person to communicate with on the daily (he sent pics & videos everyday). This is the first time I have picked her up after being away that she is genuinely happy & chill. Def book him!! I have recommended him to my whole family & all of my loved ones who own dogs. He lives on a quiet street with really wide sidewalks, good if your dog has dog reactivity. Perfect experience from start to finish.”

Julia was such a great communicator before, during, and after our dog's stay with her. She was able to care for a somewhat stubborn pup who needs medications without issue, sent pictures and written updates, and our dog came back happy and tired (the best combination!). Her apartment is clean and safe. We will be booking with her again soon.
Ariana was absolutely amazing with my five-year-old mini poodle, Onyx! I feel so fortunate to have found her as a sitter. From the very beginning, she was so caring, attentive, and trustworthy. She picked up Onyx up from my home and came with her siblings in case there was a lot to carry. During his stay, she took him on long walks to the park and made sure he was comfortable and having a good time. She also had a Pitbull who was in her care around Onyx, and they got along so well! I really appreciated that she always made sure their playtime was supervised. Ariana was also very careful and responsible. I gave her snacks that she could share with the other dog, but because the dog had allergies, she made sure to check with the owner first before giving them anything. That really showed me how attentive she is and how seriously she takes the dogs in her care. She kept me updated throughout Onyx’s stay with pictures and videos, including pictures of him with his new friend. She also let me know how he was eating and kept me informed about how he was doing overall. Her entire family was so caring and welcoming to Onyx, and I truly appreciate all of them. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Onyx was clearly loved and well cared for, and I was able to relax knowing he was in good hands. I will definitely be booking with Ariana again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring, responsible, attentive, and trustworthy to care for their fur baby! 💛🐾
Stephanie and Corey were absolutely amazing with my baby! 🐾❤️ They were so playful and loving with her, sent tons of updates, photos, and videos, and truly treated her like their own. Their dogs were also the sweetest playmates for Piper! I usually get nervous leaving her, but they made me feel completely at ease knowing she was happy, loved, and well cared for. Had a great experience with Jada. With this being my first time hiring a sitter I was naturally nervous about leaving my dog for a few days. Jada had great communication from the start. I am incredibly impressed and grateful for the amazing care Naomi gave my two dogs over the 9 days she watched them. This was my first time using a sitter, and I was especially nervous because one of my dogs has separation anxiety. Naomi handled everything so beautifully and made them feel safe, happy, and comfortable. She kept me updated with pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. What a delight. Steven was incredible with our Bernedoodle. He really took the time to bond with our sweet but sometimes anxious dog. And in no time, our dog trusted him. He trusted him so much that it looked like he was on vacation, too! Steven sent lots of photos while we were away and was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely work with him!
As a new NYC resident, I was nervous to leave my 1 year old dog behind for a trip for the first time—I could not be more thankful to have found Binta :) She took the time to meet me and Joey before drop off day so that he could be as comfortable as possible.
