“Iliana is caring, kind, and responsive. She's very accommodating with scheduling and logistics before boarding (doesn't mean you could abuse her kindness!). Main reason I chose her is that she has abundant experience taking care of dogs with separation anxiety and stays at home a lot of time. I'm so glad that my anxy baby could enjoy the company of her family and Iliana’s friendly puppy. My dog is a massive attention seeker and Iliana knows how to handle it well. Her puppy is also very well-behaved and could be separated by fence if your dog doesn't like hanging out with other doggies. Drop off and pick up were super smooth and she was quick with text responses all the time. Would highly recommend!”

Great couple! They were very communicative with daily walks, feedings, play and even (unfortunately) some potty accidents. Very easy to work with and they are willing to work with you and meet you and your pups needs. Thank you Ziyu & Jeremy for watching Oslo & Otto for our weekend. I know they weren’t easy dogs but you took the time to care for them like they were your own and that’s all we wanted!
Ethel watched Max for a 3-day stay and I really appreciated her updates! It looked like he had a lot of fun and was well taken care of. He was tuckered out and not anxious when I picked him up, which is a good sign. Lots of photos and pictures. I would definitely recommend her. She was also extremely flexible and positive even though my travel plans got delayed.
Brianna was amazing. She took my pup on several city adventures to parks and the riverside and kept me updated along the way. She administered my dogs medication without issue. Her communication is excellent and she sent me lots of photos of my dog. I would trust her with my dog any day and look forward to booking with her in the future. Shaniyah kept my Cane Corso, Jasper for a week while I went on a cruise and it was amazing. I expressed my anxiety about boarding him, because he is dog reactive. Shaniyah reassured me that they were well-versed in the dog breed and that I had nothing to worry about as he would not be around other dogs. Of course, naturally as dog parents, we always worry about our babies, but Shaniyah kept me updated, and Jasper was also bathed prior to pick up. I’m so grateful for Shaniyah and her family. I hadn't used Rover in a long time and I'm so glad I did. Joceline was amazing with my doggie! You can tell she has a lot of experience and genuinely loves what she does. She made the whole process easy and gave me confidence that my dog would be well cared for. Before the stay, she took the time to learn about my dog's daily routine, meals, treats, walks, and habits so he would feel as comfortable as possible. She also let me know what supplies she already had at home and what I should bring, which made preparing much easier.
