About: I’ve always loved animals and grew up surrounded by all types of pets. I’m a responsible, patient, and caring person who understands that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of different sizes and energy levels, and I’m happy to provide walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention. I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I’m also very communicative and will keep you updated with pictures and messages so you can have peace of mind! I have a flexible schedule and can work pet care into my daily routine. I’m able to dedicate plenty of time to walks, visits, feeding, playtime, and giving pets the attention they need. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’ll carefully follow your instructions and their normal routine, keep their environment clean and secure, and provide regular updates and photos. I’ll always treat your home and belongings with respect.

About: Hi there! I'm Montana, an animal-lover located in Washington Heights. I know that our sweet animals are part of our families, and I treat them as such: lots of eye contact, love, cuddles, and attention. I'm a pet-whisperer, and can not only converse with dogs and cats when they're in a good mood, but can also calm them down in moments of stress or anxiety. I've raised two dogs from puppies and three cats from kittens throughout my life, as well as taken care of multiple friends' pets while they were away. I have experience taking care of elderly dogs and cats as well as young rapscallions. I love walking, and look forward to adventures with your pal. I'm very aware of how much an animal's mental state affects their life and happiness, and I make sure to never be on my phone or distracted when I'm with a furry friend. They need and deserve all the love in the world, and I'm here to give it! I'm a writer, artist, and musician, and am currently on a very flexible work-from-home schedule. For dogs: I love walking, and look forward to incorporating adventures with your pup into my day. For cats: If you need someone to come check on your friend during the day, I'd be happy to do so. Weekdays will be my bread and butter, but I can make select weekends available if need be. I enter every animal's environment with respect, knowing it's theirs, not mine. I adapt easily to each animal's spirit, vibe, and wishes, and play with them when they want to play, sit with them when they want to sit, and treat their (and your) space with genuine care while I am a guest there.

About: I recently said goodbye to my 18-year-old senior pup who was still as active and playful as when he was a puppy, even in his last weeks with us. I was his main caretaker since we adopted him when I was 10-years-old, so I have plenty of experience caring for dogs and prioritize keeping them safe and happy! We also had other dogs growing up, so I am used to caring for multiple dogs, dogs of various ages and sizes, and dogs of all energy levels. Specifically, as my doggo aged, I gained a lot of experience with medicine routines, slower walks, attention to health details, and all other requirements of caring for senior dogs. In college, I would housesit for families with all kinds of pets (including rabbits, geese and chickens!) and this helped me pay part of my school costs. However, I enjoyed caring for other's pets so much, I have continued to do so for years after college! I love getting to know new furry friends and making sure they are happy, exercised, well-fed, and enjoying themselves while their parents are away! I am currently working part-time, and often only for a few hours in the evening, so I have lots of time and flexibility to care for you pup, prioritizing being available for prime walking hours in the sunshine! I am willing to work around my part-time hours to meet your dog's routine needs. I am willing to care for the dogs in your home so they are comfortable in their own spaces and can generally keep their normal routines. I am flexible and willing to follow any instructions about your space that you provide.

About: I grew up in a house with 6 dogs, and if that doesn’t make you a dog person I’m not sure what will! In my case, it definitely worked. Dogs are one of the greatest gifts in this life, and I know how precious they are to their owners. It’s my goal to give you peace of mind when you have to be away, and rest assured that your fur baby is getting the best care in my hands! I’ve worked with small, medium, large, and even extra large dogs, dogs with special dietary restrictions, dogs with medical needs, velcro dogs that need to be attached to your hip, or pups that just need a good scratch on the head. I’m happy to help with whatever needs they may have and work with you to make sure they are their happiest! I’m a part time barista who lives with my partner and our own lab/husky mix! We walk about 4 times a day, frequent a local dog park, and do some light training in between. Pet care for both my own dog and the pets in my care are my top priority, and I strive to keep them their happiest! I have a friendly dog of my own who would love to accompany walks, however I am happy to do one on one walks as well. I can accommodate any special care that your pet may need, including dietary restrictions, medication, or specific behaviors. During boarding, I have a crate in our home that can be used if that’s what your pup prefers, as well as a bed and couch that is pet friendly :)
