About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember, but because my family was allergic growing up, I never had one of my own. That’s why I’ve always jumped at every chance to care for them, and for the past three years, I’ve been volunteering at an animal shelter working with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I have experience with dogs of many different ages, personalities, and energy levels, including puppies and elderly dogs. My main job was walking dogs waiting for their forever homes and helping them feel more comfortable and confident on walks. This gave me experience with all different types of dogs, including dogs who were nervous, energetic, shy, strong on the leash, or still learning how to walk. It taught me how to adjust my approach to each dog and be patient with their individual needs and personality. I really enjoy getting to know each dog and figuring out what makes them comfortable and happy. Whether they want an energetic walk, to explore at their own pace, or simply some companionship, I want every dog to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for! As a college student at NYU, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to fit pet care into my daily routine. I can plan my classes and other commitments around scheduled dog walks and drop-in visits, making sure I have enough time to give each dog the attention and care they need. I enjoy having pet care as part of my routine, especially since I’m away from home and love having the opportunity to spend time with animals! For drop-in visits, I follow each cat’s normal routine and the instructions provided by their owner. Depending on their needs, this may include feeding, refreshing water, cleaning the litter box, giving medication, and spending time playing or providing companionship. I understand that every cat is different, so I adjust my approach based on their personality and comfort level. Some cats may want lots of attention and playtime, while others may be shy or prefer their space. I am patient and respectful of their boundaries while making sure they are safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos during each visit, so owners know how their cat is doing while they’re away! For dog walks, I make sure to follow each dog’s normal walking routine and any instructions provided by their owner. I adjust each walk based on the dog’s age, energy level, personality, and comfort. I am patient with dogs who may be nervous, energetic, or still learning how to walk on a leash, and I make sure they are safe and comfortable throughout the walk. I also want each walk to be enjoyable for the dog, whether they like to take their time exploring, need a little extra encouragement, or are ready to get some energy out. I’m happy to provide owners with updates and photos after each walk so they know how their dog is doing.

About: I am a lifelong dog lover, and have always jumped at the opportunity to take care of them! I would always ask my neighbors if I was able to help out with theirs, from frequent walks, and eventually house sitting when they needed. During college, many of my friends got puppies so I would take care and train them while they went traveling. I love dogs and cherish every one as if they were my own. I work remotely so I am very flexible for playing and boarding! I would love to spend time and care for your dogs whenever they need. About: While I’ve never had the privilege of taking care of other people’s dogs, my family pup is going on 15 years old with my love! I can promise I’ll give your dog my full attention and lots of love when I’m with him/ her. My full time job is entirely remote, so blocking off half an hour to walk or check in on your dog would be a breeze. While I’m not offering care in my own home, I’d be happy to follow any rules in my clients home in order to make their pet feel safe and sound.
