About: Hi! I’m Lucie and I’m a student studying here at NYU! Being here in New York is so amazing, but it means being away from my two beautiful dogs back at home (I miss you Max and Moby!). My education is very valuable to me, but so is my connection to pets. I’m hoping to connect with other dogs and dog-families while supporting myself through my education. I’ve been house sitting and dog walking for families since I was around 13. Walks included hikes, runs, and scenic routes! I love being able to learn what each dog needs and adapt through time spent with them. My family had many dogs growing up, including fosters, so I have had experience resolving conflicts between different dogs. I think our pets are family, and I hope to make them feel like that when they are with me! I'm currently working part-time, so there is plenty of time in my schedule for pop-in visits, walks, or stays! My days off would include dedicated time to your pets. For home stays and pop-in visits my priority will be to listen and watch for what each pet needs in their own space. My goal is to make them feel comfortable! Similarly for walks, I will let each dog set the pace as they show me what they want to smell or where they want to go.

“I cannot recommend Ivana enough. My partner and I were nervous to leave our 8 m/o puppy for the first time and Ivana immediately put us at ease. Our pup is a little high-maintenance and required daily medication and extra patience on walks. Ivana knew right away how to administer the medication (even better than we did!) and was excellent with Junie on walks. We were in frequent communication throughout the two days and she sent tons of pics and videos per my request! We completely trust Ivana with the care of our Junie and would recommend her to anyone in need of a dog sitter. Junie already cant wait for her to come back!”

“Alex stayed at our place for twelve nights to watch our two dogs, a lengthy stay that is a daunting task in itself. Several days before our trip, our 9 year old Boston Terrier, Harlow, had diarrhea due to a stomach issue. She had to go on several medications at various times of day. Alex not only handled the general care and current meds, but when another med was needed, went to the vet for us to get it. She also cooked chicken and made rice to keep up with the bland diet, another unforeseen responsibility she took care of for us. Also while she stayed at our apartment, the power and gas went out. Instead of taking care of an errand, Alex stayed home to ensure the dogs were okay and not left in the dark/silence. I do not have much family so my dogs are incredibly important to me. Leaving them, especially with one still recovering from her stomach issues was very difficult. Alex's poise and attentiveness put me at ease and allowed me to enjoy my time away. I 100% recommend Alex and would book her again in a heartbeat. The job ended up being much more than we expected and I couldn't be more grateful to have had Alex to navigate the various issues that arose. Alex is truly the best.”

“Megan was an incredible sitter for our dog, Jude. It’s been several years since I left Jude in someone else’s care and quite frankly have had a lot of separation anxiety myself. After meeting Megan and seeing how quickly our dog warmed up to her, I took a chance and booked some Travel. I’m so glad I did. Megan took fantastic care of Jude, including special food and medicine instructions. She sent me pictures and updates every day. I told her very specific things that Jude likes to do and she did all of them. Our house was in fantastic shape when I came back, Everything neat and tidy. I wish I could hire her full time. I have already started planning another trip and will be excited to have Megan as our Sitter. She’s really awesome. If you’re on the fence, you should definitely give her a try.”
