Since one is only 6 months old, we still have a hard time ourselves at times and we needed someone to mind them for a whole week. But the week went by without issue and we had a steady stream of really great pictures of them as a bonus. We also came back to our place looking better than we left it. I traveled to Las Vegas for a weekend of family events and a Vegas Golden Knights game and needed someone I could truly trust to care for my Maltese puppy, Luxe. From our very first interaction, Rhiannon stood out. She was responsive, professional, and quick to answer every question, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Once Luxe was in her care, she exceeded every expectation. She treated him like family, and it was clear from the photos and updates that he absolutely adored her. Throughout the weekend, she kept me informed with regular updates, allowing me to fully enjoy my trip knowing he was happy, safe, and well cared for. What impressed me most was the genuine love and attention she gave him. Luxe wasn't just being watched...he was being cared for as if he were her own. My old boy is grumpy and special needs, and doesn't warm up quickly to strangers. He was totally comfortable with Karina, who was always communicative/responsive, managed his special circumstances well, and was responsible when it came to being in my home. Came home to a happy dog and clean apartment - would definitely use Karina again!
We had a great experience with Ian staying in our home to watch our dog Ollie! Ian was very communicative from before the initial booking all the way up until the very end, and he sent us great pictures and updates throughout the day. I felt very comfortable that Ollie was having a good time and well cared for. Ian was very respectful of our home and thoroughly followed all instructions I left for him. Lisa was fantastic with Laila!!! She was very communicative throughout the stay. She sent pictures and updates daily. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Laila was well taken care of. Additionally, Laila is a bit older and has some minor medical issues. Lisa was very attentive and empathetic to Laila's needs and schedule. I will 100% without a doubt ask Lisa to watch Laila again. Highly recommend her for quality pet care!!!
Gillian was absolutely amazing. She kept me updated every single day and was extremely flexible when my apartment building unluckily had some issues. I felt extremely comfortable and confident with her ability to care for Elizabeth (who has multiple issues like allergies, diets, etc) during the entire time I was gone. Honestly felt that Gillian was actively thinking of Elizabeth in every aspect of her day. She also went above and beyond - after a long haul flight, we got home to a happy, well-loved Elizabeth and a sparkling clean apartment. I cannot recommend her enough!
Priscilla watched my high-energy pup Phoebe at my place for a weekend and I couldn't have been happier! She took great care of Phoebe and my apt, and she was both flexible and communicative. She also happens to be an fantastic dog photographer! I've already booked her for another stay.
Danny was wonderful! He stayed at our place for 3 nights and watched two of my elderly (12-13 yo) little 9 lbs dogs. He was extremely professional and responsible - prompt with replies, followed up politely when I failed to respond in a timely fashion, and left the house in very good order. I highly recommend Danny and would absolutely seek him out again.
Brooklyn is an absolute gem!! Cannot recommend her enough. She was extremely communicative, kind and very experienced with pups. My Rio is a Velcro active dog, who needs exercise and cuddles in equal measure. She took him to the park to get his wiggles out and then snuggled with him while I was away all day. 100% would recommend. Thank you Brooklyn!
Sydney is amazing. She dealt with my overly energetic puppy for a weekend, and was so understanding about some potty accidents and really went above and beyond to keep Frankie busy and comfortable. As a new dog owner I’m grateful there are kind dog lovers like Sydney to help me take care of my pup!
Nick did a great job taking care of Simone, my Frenchie, in my home during 6 days. Simone suffers of severe allergies and dry eye so she needs extra care. Nick followed all her routines including applying eye medication. Simone looked very happy when I returned. I already booked Nick for my next trip in July! I highly recommend him.
