Treating your furbabies like family
I love dogs that aren't mine as if they were my own! My name is Sarah and I started to care for animals when I was just 10 years old and I started to care for pets all around my local neighborhood. Pets have been a massive part of my life, and I'm excited to give your pet the most love, care, and attention! I've managed dogs of all sizes, from Dachshunds to Great Danes, and of all ages, from puppies to senior dogs. I’ve also cared for many cats and my neighbors used to call me their “cat whisperer”. I love being engaged with your pets. My favorite thing is taking pets for walks around their park/typical walking route and seeing their personalities come out.

I currently cannot offer any boarding as my building is not dog friendly. But the safety of your fur babies is of the highest importance to me! I allow dogs to lead the way on walks so they can safely do what they need to do! I'm always happy to learn more about specific requests to make sure your dog is getting top tier care. As a note for house sits: - I will not agree to any house sittings in a dwelling with a pest history of any kind - bugs/roaches, mice/rats, etc. - I prefer bookings in NYC, but can explore bookings in Jersey only should it align with my work schedule and doesn’t take me more than 30 minutes to get to and from

My dog loves Sarah! She’s very responsive and communicative, and a lovely person!
Sarah was great! My cat is a bit shy but she immediately took a liking to Sarah. Would recommend her to other Rover users!
Sarah is the best! We were nervous about leaving our energetic 3 month old pup for the first time and Sarah put all of our worries at ease. She sent a bunch of updates and followed our schedule perfectly.
Sarah took the time to meet Winnie and thoroughly took notes on how to care for her. She communicates great and our pup was very happy!
Sarah was excellent with our senior dog Bo! She provided lots of updates and pictures and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in great hands while we were away for the weekend. I will definitely be booking with her again!

Programa
On weekdays, I work full time but in a hybrid environment. I am typically in office Tuesday - Thursday, but this sometimes varies. As a result I typically don’t take any reoccurring bookings or any sits during these days unless it’s after work hours. I can get your pets out during my breaks and have plenty of time after my 5:00 pm log-off time! On weekends, I am free with no commitments on weekends and can work around your pet's schedule!
