Hi, I'm Shriya! I'm a very experienced, energetic, and affectionate sitter who's looked after dogs and cats in New York and Washington DC for the past seven years. I'm extremely organized, which my regular clients, friends, family, and colleagues can happily verify, so you know I'll always be well prepared for your pet's needs. From meticulously following care instructions to planning fun activities for your pet, I’ve never let dog or cat parents down! I also have a lot of energy - I can play fetch for hours and love to go on long walks and occasional runs with the dogs I look after. I'm very affectionate too, so your pet will get all the hugs, pats, and tummy rubs they're looking for. I'm looking forward to getting to know your dog or cat, and making sure they're calm, comfortable, and well-exercised while you're away!

I'm extremely communicative about how a dog or cat in my care is doing. I send photo and video updates throughout the stay, along with a recap at the end of each day of how the pet did, which I know my regular clients really appreciate.

Shriya was delightful! Since I am new to NYC, I was a bit nervous (and so was my pup) to entrust a new person to walk my dog on the busy streets. Shriya quickly made Stitch and me feel at ease, letting me know all of the different ways that she ensures a safe walk and naturally giving off warm and welcoming “I’ve got this” energy. She sent videos, photos, and a detailed update. I definitely will be relying on Shriya!
Shriya was great with herbie! She arrived on time, followed instructions, and gave him lots of attention. She also provided updates with pictures, he was a very happy pup!
Shriya was beyond professional and we felt so safe leaving our puppy in her hands while off on a trip. She kept our place beautifully clean while taking great care of our dog. She kept us in the loop everyday and sent countless photos of our pup. Made us feel at ease leaving him with her. Our pup adored her.
Shriya was fantastic with my cat, Moss! She was so attentive and communicative and provides regular updates and the videos and photos really put my mind at ease. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the cats she looks after. Moss was happy and well taken care of, and I’d absolutely book Shriya again in the future. Highly recommend!
Shriya did such an amazing job with my dogs! I was in need of a last minute sitter and she jumped in to help. My dogs were so well taken care of! Will be rebooking for sure!!
Shriya was fantastic with our dog snowball. She was friendly and responsive. Snowball is looking forward to his next play date.

Schedule
I work remotely with a very flexible schedule, so I can structure my day around your pet's needs! You can rest assured that they’ll be my main priority when I’m looking after them.

- Please let me know beforehand if your pet has any special needs - for example, if they take daily medication, have physical impairments, etc. It’s also important for me to know if they have any kind of trauma, anxiety, etc.
