About: I’ve been caring for dogs of many sizes for the past 7 years. I run regularly and have plenty of energy to keep up with your pup. And I’ve been a dog owner myself for my whole life! I take care of dogs of all ages and activity levels, and have experience administering medications and tending to dogs with special care needs. Anything your four legged friends need and more, I’m ready to provide. I work remotely and love to take breaks walking dogs! At the moment I am between jobs, so I am filling my time with as much pet sitting as possible! I have my own apartment, so your dog(s) will get my full attention at my home or yours. When sitting I take walks at least every 2 hours, and more often for high energy pets. I am also comfortable with special feeding and medication schedules, and love to care for all the special needs your for your special pets!

While I don’t have a yard, I’m very active with my own dog, Pony, and we go on frequent walks throughout the day. We spend time along the Hudson River Park, and if it suits your dog’s personality, I’m happy to include visits to the dog park as well. HOUSE SITTING: If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll fully utilize your space — whether that’s a yard, balcony, or preferred walking routes — and follow your dog’s routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and happy.

About: I love an opportunity to spend time with animals! I’ve grown up around cats and dogs for as long as I can remember. For the past five years, I’ve had a rescue dog that’s reactive towards other dogs, which can make walks in NYC eventful. Understanding his behavior has allowed me to better understand all dogs and their needs. I’ll take care of your pet as my own! Since I work remotely and my schedule is flexible, I can plan my day around your pet's needs. I'm also available on weekends. Making sure your pet is happy and safe are my top priorities. About: I’ve had a family dog since I was in 3rd grade. I also trained our Shetland sheepdog puppy over COVID. I trained her— everything from house breaking, leash training, general obedience and tricks! Due to a congenital condition, over the past few years she has become almost completely blind. So I have experience with special needs dogs and the care of them. I also regularly pet sit my friends’ dogs in the city. I have a flexible work schedule with the option to work from home in the West Village. I am generally available week nights and weekends! I have a fence in my apartment for the living area if needed. I have no other pets in my apartment and happy to follow whatever safety protocol you’ve established with your pet.

Recently, Sana looked after my nine year old tortoiseshell kitty for nearly two weeks while I was away on two separate trips. Sana was an incredibly good communicator, super-clear on everything and always checking with me on things such as whether to turn off the AC, take the empty food cans out, and that a worker came into the unit on occasion to do some work. Sana sent great updates about Adelia including her moods, play and brushing activity. I highly recommend Sana and would absolutely work with her again!
Samantha was truly incredible and went above and beyond in every way. She sent thoughtful, detailed updates after every visit, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My cat is very shy and usually hides from anyone new, but Samantha was so patient, stayed extra time to help her feel comfortable, and even got creative to earn her trust. She also asked so many thoughtful questions at our meet & greet to make sure she was fully prepared for anything. It’s so clear how much she genuinely cares about the pets she watches. I appreciated everything she did more than I can say, and I can’t wait to book Samantha again. I would recommend her without hesitation!
Tez is amazing! My cats were feral, so they take some time for them to warm up to people and Tez has taken her time over the years to become best friends with them. We can barely pick up our cats and she was just recently able to pick up one of them so I think that speaks volumes to how good she is with cats. She has also been super nice in watering our plants a few times and bringing up our packages while we are away. I highly highly recommend Tez, your cats are missing out if you’re not using her as a sitter! One of our cats was even on Lexapro for some time and Tez was really good with giving him pills.
Sophia was a gem! We were a bit nervous to use Rover at first, but Sophia put us at ease during our meet and greet. She was so great with our boys and it was abundantly clear that she was the right pick. Our boys took to her immediately, which was such a comfort to us. While we were out of town, Sophia arrived on time, sent pictures of our boys, and gave us detailed updates. We didn’t worry at all and trusted her completely. Sophia, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such amazing care of our furry babies! We will definitely be in contact for our future trips!
