I have time and availability to do house visits or to walk your pet. I live in an apartment that is pet friendly. The windows are secure and the neighbors are pet lovers as well, so there is socializing and our 5 unit apartment building. The neighborhood here engages with pets on a regular basis

I have plenty of time to spend with your pet and keep them engaged or relaxed depending on when they're feeling! I also walk and transport dogs for the rescues I work for. Most days are flexible, but Saturdays are our big adoption events, and a wonderful chance to meet new dogs! For both house sitting and pet care, I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable environment. I ensure the space is free of hazards, and we have access to necessary supplies like food, water, and toys. I follow the pet’s regular routines, including feeding, exercise, and bathroom breaks, to minimize stress. In the client’s home, I respect their space by maintaining cleanliness and providing regular updates on their pet’s well-being. In the event of emergencies, I am prepared to administer First Aid and bring them to the nearest vet. Feel free to provide any of the following information as I'm confident it will help me provide the best care to your beloved animal. Feeding Schedule: Please describe your pet's regular feeding routine, including meal times, portion sizes, and types of food. Are there any treats they love or dietary restrictions to follow? “We highly recommend Michelle to care for your fur babies! We had a Meet+Greet with her before the drop-in appointment and our pups loved her instantly. They were happy to see her when she returned for the drop-in visit the following day. She followed directions exactly as we requested. She even arrived a little early which worked out well for us. We needed to turn our phones off about the time she was set to arrive. We were able to buzz her into our building because she took the initiative to arrive 15 minutes early. About: I’ve been around animals for most of my life and have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. My family has had a Bichon Frise for 13 years, so I’m very familiar with the day-to-day responsibility that comes with caring for a dog, including feeding, walks, playtime, grooming, and giving them plenty of attention and companionship. When caring for pets in their own home, I’m very respectful of both the pet and the space. I’m careful about securing doors and entrances, keeping potentially unsafe items out of reach, and making sure your pet is comfortable before I leave. I also understand that trusting someone with both your pet and your home is a big deal. I’m dependable, communicative, and happy to provide regular updates and photos throughout the booking so you always know how things are going.

About: I have grown up taking care of dogs within my family, and have experience as a reliable dog sitter and walker for others! I have experience with big and small dogs, both at home and in pet sitting/walking. I have watched many dogs with anxiety, as well as puppies and older dogs. On walks, I make sure your dog is always on a lead and I am always alert to the environment to our surrounding environment. I’ve fostered 14 cats, including kittens, undersocialized cats, and cats recovering from surgery, as well as fostered two dogs. I’ve also been a neighborhood dog walker and have cared for family pets. I’m comfortable with animals of all ages and always make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. **A quick note about boarding:** Because I have a cat at home, I'm best suited for dogs who can settle comfortably in a home environment. Unfortunately, I'm unable to accommodate dogs with severe separation anxiety or persistent barking, destructive behaviors, or difficulty settling. I want to make sure every pet in my care feels safe and comfortable! I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to accommodate different pet care needs.
