About: I’ve been around animals my whole life — growing up with pets means I’ve always known how to care for them, read their moods, and make them feel safe and loved. Over the years, I’ve also regularly cat sat for my neighbors, giving me hands-on experience caring for animals in their own home environment. I understand how important it is for pets to feel comfortable and at ease when their owners are away, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether it’s a walk around the block or a drop-in visit, every animal gets my full attention and genuine love. As a college student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be available at various times throughout the day. I can work around your pet’s routine and accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Whether you need a morning walk, an afternoon drop-in, or something in between, I’m happy to make it work for you. Your pet’s safety and comfort is always my top priority. I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own, making sure they feel secure, loved, and well looked after. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual needs and body language, and I’ll always keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. You can trust that your pet is in caring, responsible hands!
“I had a great experience with this sitter. He did an amazing job with Roxie and was very attentive throughout the entire booking. His communication was excellent and he kept me updated with messages and plenty of cute pictures. He really took the time to walk and play with her, which I appreciated so much. I’ll definitely be rebooking with him moving forward and highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and caring pet care.”

“Steven is responsive, accommodating, and picked up on my pup’s personality so quickly! In addition, Steven has been reliable and flexible when unexpected scheduling issues occurred on our end.”

“This was our first time using Rover and a dog walker and Brittany is now Quincy’s new special friend! We appreciate so much her willingness to come to meet Q ahead of the first walk/visit. Great experience and we feel very fortunate to have found Brittany to trust Q with. We are so grateful!”

“Drew is fantastic! He offered to meet Mavi the day before the walk and it really helped to establish familiarity. She came back so happy. I know who to contact in the future 🙌🏼”

About: If we’ve crossed paths before, 9/10 I probably came up and asked to pet your dog/cat! I’m a proactive & vigilant person with so much love for animals and I am not shy about it! I have two cats so I would say that i’m 100% more knowledgeable with them! I’ve also been blessed to bring a 4 month puppy into the family! I may be newer to the dog world but i’m willing to learn while also having a good pet care foundation :) On top of all of this, I believe my best qualities are that I am extremely open minded and patient. Your dog takes a little too long on their walks? Perfectly fine! Your dog likes to jump a lot? I love their way of expressing excitement! Your cat doesn’t like people/is good at hiding but you would like a photo of them to make sure they’re okay while you’re away? I will do everything I can while also respecting their boundaries!! I treat pets with so much love and respect, I hope you’d consider me! I am actually unemployed, looking for a part-time job :) so I have availability whenever! I will say that I’d prefer to spend time with your fur babies in the morning/afternoon rather than in the night time! I would do anything to improve my cat’s lives. - I provide many toys - I always give them treats because I know how happy it makes them - I give them love whenever they want or ask for it - I have two cat trees (used to be 3, if i had space for more i’d totally have more!!) - I take the time to read the ingredients on their food to make sure even they aren’t consuming processed ingredients because i care about their health and coat. - I have a water fountain because I prioritize hydration and know that it helps them see the water better - I have two window hammocks! - Any decision I make, I always consider my cats :)
“Jaquelin has just started walking my dog and she’s been incredibly gentle and patient with my girl Maya. Her communication and updates have made it easy to trust her. She’ll be continuing the weekly walks with Maya.”

“Such a delight to work with. She’s an effective and quick communicator. Super accommodating to your needs and needs of your pet. Alicia was flexible and made both of our schedules work. My dog, Fiona, took a liking to her immediately. Fiona could sense that Alicia is a good person and someone she can trust. Alicia was gentle with Fiona, so I could easily feel safe with her in Alicia’s care. I am currently injured with limited mobility, so Aleicia was also attentive to my needs and helped me out in the best way she could. I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart because I have been so worried about providing Fiona with a regular walk schedule and proper exercise and she took a lot of weight off my shoulders. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Alicia!!! She went above and beyond for myself and my fur baby to provide an incredible and easy experience. She will be the only reason that I will continue to use Rover in the future.”

About: My name is Jamie and I love dogs and love to pet sit for my friends and family. Your dog will be very comfortable and well taken care of in my home. I live steps away from an amazing park with dog run and lots of space to take nice long walks so rover will get plenty of exercise. I am patient and caring and will give your dog a temporary, loving experience. You can rest assured that your dog will receive the best possible care!
“Molly has been really great and paid attention to small details like if Dodd has managed to be a little thief and steal things in the apartment. She’s really attentive and great at being in touch, but most importantly, really good with the babies.”

“Masie is a fantastic communicator. She responds quickly to text messages and is helping me figure out what is in the best interest of Molly for future walks. Molly thinks she is great!”

About: I've been working with Rover for a while now and I cannot tell you how amazing it has been for me to have these beautiful and loving animals in my life. Its more of a treat for me to have them than anything else. I only working in the evenings so I have the whole day to spend with your dog. I also live close to a dog park so we can make trips there if your dog needs more exercise :) ... I some times do look after more than one dog at a time, but if you are not comfortable with it, that is not a problem - whatever is good for your dog is good for me! My job is to make them as comfortable as possible :D I did take a break for a couple of years because my sweet puppy passed away but I am back now and can't wait to care for your puppies. I currently work from home, so I will be with your pet for most of the day. Sometimes I do leave for a few hours during the day for a workout or to run errands, but I'm never gone for longer than 5 hours at a time. However, if your pet needs more of my time we can certainly talk about it. I have a simple 1 bedroom apartment. I can provide a crate for a medium sized dog if needed. I do allow dogs on the couch and my bed as well - they can be as comfortable as they can be.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hamilton Heights
Rachel is the best! She covered for us when we were in a jam when our dog-walker quit on us with very little notice. Super communicative, and super patient as Coco can take some time warming up to people coming into our apartment for the first time. Very reliable!

Juan is fantastic with my pup, Wally. Wally, a mini dachshund, can be bark-y and slow to warm up to people. Juan has been incredibly patient with him and understands his quirks. He’s also very communicative — always giving updates and letting me know how the walks go, which puts my mind at ease.

Jamie was amazing! He was easygoing, communicated clearly from the very beginning, and made the entire experience stress-free. I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving Mr. Lucky in his care. He kept me updated with photos throughout the stay, and seeing how happy and relaxed Mr. Lucky looked gave me so much peace of mind. I would absolutely trust Jamie with Mr. Lucky again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.

Cassie was wonderful with Bobby! She was communicative and gave me peace of mind while I was away. I really appreciated how trustworthy and reliable she was, and she took great care of Bobby. I would absolutely recommend Cassie to anyone looking for a caring and dependable dog walker.

I trust Michaella time and time again for her professionalism and the loving care she’s always given to my two frenchies. What an absolute gem and a pleasure to work with! My pups are always well exercised and delighted for the attention they are offered in Michaella’s care. Thank you so much!!!☺️

Edward was absolutely wonderful! He is a very gentle, kind, and smart guy who took the time to listen to all of my concerns and followed every instruction I gave him. Because of some behavior challenges my dog has, I’m very careful and nervous about handing him off to someone else, but Edward immediately made me feel comfortable and confident that my dog was in great hands. His patience, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. I highly recommend Edward to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for their dog!

Jennifer is great! I have a pitbull who is difficult to walk, pulls in every direction, eats stuff on the street, etc. But she is a quick learner and was willing to take it on. She is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and reading their body language. She is a great communicator and responds quickly!
