About: I grew up with dogs my entire life and now have my own boy, Larry. I’m new to rover after using rover for my own pup but I am very comfortable walking all kinds of dogs whether they are friendly or ver nervous. I also have some expertise giving medications to dogs as well! I currently work Monday-Friday 9-5 so I would be available weekdays after 6pm. I have random wfh days that I would also be able to leave for a bit to walk your dog! On weekends I am generally available depending on my schedule! I am not able to take dogs in my house however, in someone else’s house, I will abide by any and all rules to keep your space clean and respected!

About: If we’ve crossed paths before, 9/10 I probably came up and asked to pet your dog/cat! I’m a proactive & vigilant person with so much love for animals and I am not shy about it! I have two cats so I would say that i’m 100% more knowledgeable with them! I’ve also been blessed to bring a 4 month puppy into the family! I may be newer to the dog world but i’m willing to learn while also having a good pet care foundation cause i do a ton of research! :) On top of all of this, I believe my best qualities are that I am extremely open minded and patient. Your dog takes a little too long on their walks? Perfectly fine! Your dog likes to jump a lot? I love their way of expressing excitement! Your cat doesn’t like people/is good at hiding but you would like a photo of them to make sure they’re okay while you’re away? I will do everything I can while also respecting their boundaries!! I treat pets with so much love and respect, I hope you’d consider me! I recently accepted a part time job so flexibility is super appreciated and important for both of us to work something out for your pet! I will say that I’d prefer to spend time with your fur babies in the morning/afternoon rather than in the night time! You can trust me by getting to know how much I care about my pets! I would do anything to improve their lives. - I provide many, many toys. I even find ways to DIY them! - I will scoop litter everyday because they deserve a clean area to do their business! - I always give them treats because I know how happy it makes them - I give them love whenever they want or ask for it - I have two cat trees (used to be 3, if i had space for more i’d totally have more!!) - I quite literally drop everything (of course not in emergencies) and give them love and attention whenever they ask - I take the time to read the ingredients on their food to make sure even they aren’t consuming processed ingredients because i care about their health and coat. - I have a water fountain because I prioritize hydration and know that it helps them see the water better & I make sure it is always pretty full so they never run out of water :) - I have two window hammocks! - I also have two dog beds! - Any decision I make, I always consider my babies :)

About: I’ve cared for animals of all ages. I used to go to zoology camps when I was a kid and used to want to be a vet. Having the trust of an animal is a privilege and a blessing and I do not take these things for granted 💙 I work part time at a fitness studio and substitute teach. I’d love to pop by and check on your furry loved ones or take your pooch for a walk before or after work or on weekends when I’m not with my own cat 🐈‍⬛ I love guidance and instructions - if you leave them, I’ll follow them to a ‘T’. Also, not to brag, but animals love me. In addition to wanting to be a vet when I was a child, a Disney princess surrounded by woodland creatures was high on the list!

About: Dogs have been a meaningful part of my life from the beginning! Growing up, my sister and I cared for my families English Setters and she now owns and operates Common Ground Canine, a dog boarding, training, and field trialing company based on her acreage in Minnesota. While I chose the city route in life, dogs have an equally important place in my heart! I have provided full-time care services, walking for breeds as diverse as chihuahua and mastiff, and boarding in my home. I am thrilled to join Rover to be able to connect with people and pets in my new home, NYC! I would’ve honored to share some of the love your special pup has to offer! I promise to treat you and your pets with the utmost care! 🐾💗 I am a dancer and fitness instructor (does your dog want to join on a run?) so my schedule varies week to week. About: I've been around animals my whole life and can't imagine it any other way. I grew up with cats, and was lucky enough to become the "adopted second owner" of my neighbor's dog — taking care of him on weekdays became one of my favorite routines, from morning walks to afternoon play sessions. That experience taught me how much trust and consistency mean to a pet, especially when their main human isn't around. These days I have my own pets at home, so caring for animals is part of my daily rhythm — feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and plenty of belly rubs. I've also looked after pets for friends and family over the years, from energetic young pups to mellow older dogs. I'm comfortable with most personalities and breeds, and I take the time to learn each pet's quirks so they feel safe and happy while their humans are away. Whether it's a quick drop-in to break up the day or a longer walk to burn off some energy, I treat every pet like one of my own. If your dog has specific routines, favorite games, or little habits that make them *them*, I'd love to hear about it — the more I know, the better the care. As a full time night student, I have free afternoons most days. I am an avid runner and walker, so I can match your pet's energy! I also love taking care of calmer pets and am able to travel to them! Since I offer drop-in visits and dog walks, all of my care happens in the comfort of your own home — where your pet feels most relaxed. Drop-in visits: I'll follow whatever routine you've set up so your pet's day stays consistent. That usually means fresh food and water, litter box scooping or a potty break outside, medication if needed, and plenty of time for play, cuddles, or quiet company depending on what your pet enjoys. I'll also do a quick check on the basics — making sure doors are locked, lights are how you left them, and your home looks just as you left it. Photo and text updates come standard so you can see how things are going. Dog walks: Before our first walk, I like to spend a few minutes getting to know your pup so they're comfortable heading out the door with me. I pay close attention to leash manners, pace, and how they react to other dogs or people, and I adjust the route to fit their energy level. After the walk, I'll make sure they're settled with fresh water, a wiped-down coat if it's muddy out, and a happy update sent your way. Above all, I treat your home and your pet with the same care I'd want for my own. Just share your routine, any quirks, and emergency contacts, and I'll handle the rest.
