We were roommates for approximately 8 years and I had a typical Chihuahua (she only liked me) and was afraid of men. I have never had a doubt about Tom's sincere attitude towards animals. He watched my Gidget, even though she didn't like men, on several occasions. Even after we were roommates he took care of her when I would head out of town and wanted nothing but her to love him. She would warm up to him after she found out he was the keeper of the food;). I also adopted a kitty later after our separation that he would keep for me when traveling. Romeo was a hand full because he was scared of everyone, sometimes even me but Tom stepped right up and took him in when I traveled. Tom has pet set a many dogs during our friendship, which still lasts until this day. I think he would have a dog if his schedule permitted it but it is hard to train a puppy, which he wants so badly, when your hours are long. Right now our business is down and he has plenty of time to give attention to animals. I sincerely recommend him for Rover. He would be a great asset to your team.”
