I go to school online so I am able to be with pets 24/7. I also make sure that pets do not stay alone ever while in my care. I do ask however, for clients to stick to their drop-off and pick-up times to respect my time as I respect theirs and their pets', and to avoid any late fees or extra charges. LATENESS: To accommodate for my time and services, this is the lateness , cancelation and time change policy: 3 days in advance for full refund and no additional charges for changes. OVERNIGHT BOARDING 1 DAY ONLY DOG MUST BE DROPPED OFF BY 10PM AND PICKED UP BY 8AM LATEST (I HAVE FLEXIBILITYIF NEEDED), LATE FEES WILL APPLY AFTER THAT OF $25 PER 15 MINUTE PERIOD, FOR UP TO 2 HOURS AND BEYOND THAT, DOGGY DAYCARE CHARGES WILL APPLY IF PICKED UP LATER THAN 2 HOURS ON TOP OF THE LATE FEE. FOR ANY OTHER SERVICES INCLUDING EXTENDED STAYS, $25 CHARGE FOR EVERY 15 MINUTES OF LATENESS AND UP TO 2 HOURS, BEYOND THAT, ANOTHER FULL DAY OF WHATEVER SERVICE TYPE YOU REQUESTED WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR INVOICE ON TOP OF THE LATE FEE. This is so that WE BOTH keep our end of the bargain when it comes to time as we all understand it is precious and costs.
