About: Hello! My name is Patty, and I’m a lifelong cat lover who truly enjoys caring for animals. I have two cats of my own, Sol and Luna, both two years old, so I understand firsthand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pets. I am specifically looking for opportunities to pet sit over the summer when I will have the most availability, allowing me to stop by as often as you would want me to. I treat every pet like they’re my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I pay close attention to their routines, whether that means sticking to feeding schedules, getting in plenty of playtime, or just providing calm companionship. I’m experienced with different personalities and energy levels, so I adapt to what each pet needs. Whether it’s long walks, belly rubs, or extra patience I am here for it. In addition to caring for my own pets, I have also provided dog and cat sitting services for family members and friends, helping with feeding, walking, playtime, and general care. I have a consistent work schedule from 10 AM to 6 PM Thursday through Monday, which allows me to maintain a reliable routine and plan pet care responsibilities effectively. I am available before and after work for feedings, walks, playtime, check-ins. I also have Tuesdays and Wednesdays fully open, giving me extra flexibility and availability to provide attentive and dependable care for pets. My home provides a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for cats. I currently have three cats and make sure they have plenty of space and entertainment, including one medium cat tree, one large cat tree, and a window perch where they can watch birds and squirrels throughout the day. Next to the perch is a basket full of toys to keep them active and engaged. I maintain four litter boxes that are cleaned three times daily to ensure a clean environment. While I’m at work, I leave cat TV on for extra stimulation and comfort. Each morning before work and again in the evening, I feed my cats wet food and refresh their water. While also occasionally refilling an automatic dry food feeder as needed so they always have access to food.

This summer I'm based in Harlem full-time, so I'm available for walks, drop ins, and sitting throughout the day. I keep a consistent schedule and I'm flexible with timing; mornings, afternoons, and evenings all work. Dogs get my full attention, not a rushed visit. I treat every home I'm in with real respect. I keep things tidy, stick to the routines the owner sets, and make sure pets feel settled and safe rather than anxious. I'm experienced with dogs of different ages and temperaments, and I pay attention to their individual cues rather than applying a one size fits all approach. If something comes up like behavior, health, or anything unexpected, I communicate right away. Owners shouldn't have to wonder how their pet is doing.

About: Hi I’m Kate, and I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 7 or 8 in my hometown, Baltimore, MD. I have experience in caring for elderly dogs, walking dogs in urban areas, socializing dogs at dog parks, and walking young energetic dogs! I’m in college in New York at Barnard on the UWS but I have a dog back home named Lucy who’s a chow-retriever rescue mix. I’m doing hybrid work this summer and in person work daily from 1-5pm, but can walk dogs before or after that! I am available and around on weekends as well. I am a college student so I cannot offer boarding services, but depending on where the owner is located I love walking dogs through Central Park, or any nearby park, as I love nature and the dogs always love it too (FYI I’m an environmental science and human rights major!)
