About: Dogs have been a meaningful part of my life from the beginning! Growing up, my sister and I cared for my families English Setters and she now owns and operates Common Ground Canine, a dog boarding, training, and field trialing company based on her acreage in Minnesota. While I chose the city route in life, dogs have an equally important place in my heart! I have provided full-time care services, walking for breeds as diverse as chihuahua and mastiff, and boarding in my home. I am thrilled to join Rover to be able to connect with people and pets in my new home, NYC! I would’ve honored to share some of the love your special pup has to offer! I promise to treat you and your pets with the utmost care! 🐾💗 I am a dancer and fitness instructor (does your dog want to join on a run?) so my schedule varies week to week. I am most likely always available during the day but the best way to know is just reach out! I’m flexible and would love to make something work! Safety and comfort of the dog is my number one priority. I aim to keep their routine as close to normal as possible while getting them some exercise!

About: I grew up with a puppy and have loved dogs my entire life. Anytime I see one on the street, I can’t help but stop and say hello! I have cared for all kinds of dogs from puppies to older dogs. No matter the size, age, or energy level, I ensure to keep them safe, entertained, and most importantly, loved! I am currently working part-time, so I have plenty of spare time during the day to give my full attention to the dog’s needs! I am great at following specific instructions within the home such as keeping the dogs off certain surfaces, sticking to their daily schedules, administering medications, etc.

We needed to turn our phones off about the time she was set to arrive. We were able to buzz her into our building because she took the initiative to arrive 15 minutes early. Michelle is very thoughtful and conscientious. She cleaned up after feeding the dogs and left the apartment tidy. Michelle sent us frequent status updates on how they were doing with photos. Michelle is a kind person who loves all animals! We will definitely book with Michelle again!”
