“Iliana is caring, kind, and responsive. She's very accommodating with scheduling and logistics before boarding (doesn't mean you could abuse her kindness!). Main reason I chose her is that she has abundant experience taking care of dogs with separation anxiety and stays at home a lot of time. I'm so glad that my anxy baby could enjoy the company of her family and Iliana’s friendly puppy. My dog is a massive attention seeker and Iliana knows how to handle it well. Her puppy is also very well-behaved and could be separated by fence if your dog doesn't like hanging out with other doggies. Drop off and pick up were super smooth and she was quick with text responses all the time. Would highly recommend!”

From the very beginning, both Sayarlin and her husband were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive with our "big boy", who think he is a Chihuahua. Whenever I called or had a question, they were always responsive and thoughtful, which gave me great peace of mind. One thing I especially appreciated is that they have access to an outdoor space in New York, allowing Lio to get fresh air and feel comfortable outside of the apartment setting. Their love for animals is obvious, and they treated Lio as if he were their own. I highly recommend their dog-sitting service to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable pet care.”

“5 STARS!!!! Victor is a loving and talented pet person. He saved me in a last minute travel situation! I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. He obviously has a great connection with animals & is an overall lovely person to communicate with on the daily (he sent pics & videos everyday). This is the first time I have picked her up after being away that she is genuinely happy & chill. Def book him!! I have recommended him to my whole family & all of my loved ones who own dogs. He lives on a quiet street with really wide sidewalks, good if your dog has dog reactivity. Perfect experience from start to finish.”
